MonsterVPN has mixed results. On one hand, it offers good features like a simple interface and minimal speed impact. However, issues like poor customer support, billing problems, and missing instructions are concerning. Some users report a seamless experience, while others face unresolved problems. Decent service overall, but improvements are needed to earn full trust.

Fantastic VPN really simple interface
Fantastic VPN really simple interface, I've been using Monster for just over a year.
Only had a couple of issues and it turned out that was a windows update problem however the support team were really quick and extremely helpful.
Worth every penny.

Our website shows clear instructions of how to cancel your subscription if you do not want to continue using the service. Unfortunately as stated in the terms and conditions that you have to agree to when signing up, we are unable to offer any refunds for subscription payments, and this is why we make it as easy as possible to log in and cancel your account prior to your renewal. I can see you have now cancelled your subscription, so once the current billing period has ended, you will not be charged again.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you have faced with the service. All emails and support tickets go through our helpdesk system, and unfortunately I cannot see any emails/tickets from yourself, and I can also see that you actually cancelled your service only 39 minutes after signing up while still in the trial period.
To confirm, the link to cancel your account is actually in your welcome email, and is also one of the Featured Knowledge Base articles on the first page of our Helpdesk system - https://monstervpn.tech/helpdesk/
I feel this feedback is unfair based on you only using the service for a very short amount of time and us not receiving any support requests with the issues you were facing, as I am 100% sure we could have resolved this for you if we had been given the chance.
