I never signed up for their service but the company tried to charge my credit card twice. Credit card declined both times fortunately. Scammers!

On Firestick
The app on firestick works pretty well but it should retain the previous server. Real pain to set everytime. Very limited on features!

Hey Brad,
Thanks for the feedback! I have passed this suggestion to our development team as a feature request and it has been approved, so you should be seeing this in the app very soon :) We have tried to make the apps as simple as possible to use, however we are always trying to improve our apps, so if you feel they are missing any features, don't hesitate to let us know.
Many thanks,
MonsterVPN
Service worked great
Service worked great, reliable, and across all platforms. It would disconnect on occasion, but that wasn't too frequent.

Hi Matt, although we do not officially support Vista, it should technically still work. Give it a go and let us know how you get on :)

We needed a VPN whilst away on holiday and a very good friend sent me the link for monster VPN.
I contacted them with a few questions and the reply arrived very soon after with all the answers including details of devices that may or may not work.
This prompt reply and honestly regarding the devices that could be a problem was incredible in this day and age!
The service and connections are seamless. I would recommend this product.
