Leí los comentarios y me asusté porque ya había hecho el pedido pero ha ido todo perfecto. Me llegó pronto y es muy bonita la sudadera.

Компания не дорожит своей репутацией. На сайте написаны сроки доставки 4-6 рабочих дней, но мне пришлось ждать с 28.04 по 23.05. На письма администрация отвечает очень медленно. Товар среднего качества. Второй покупки не будет, потому что аналогов больше чем достаточно

Ordered a hoodie on the 2nd May had a confirmation email and then not heard anything since. There's no way to track your order and after searching for contact info I sent two emails chasing up my order and had no response. Would not use!

He solicitado la devolución de dos pedidos y después de casi dos meses sigo sin el reembolso y sin noticias de ellos
Uno de ellos ante la falta de respuesta por su parte de casi un mes sobre mi petición de que se encargasen ellos de la recogida del paquete ,lo devolví por mi cuenta a través de correos a la dirección que me indicaron de Mejeces en Valladolid y más de dos meses después aún no sé nada.
Y el segundo pedido ,tras ser recogido en mi domicilio por parte de su servicio de recogida sigue sin reembolsarse su importe.
En definitiva me he quedado sin las prendas y sin el dinero de dos pedidos tras más de dos meses lo que me llevará a iniciar acciones ante la OCU.
No responden a los numerosos mails que les he enviado y tampoco dispongo de teléfono de atención al cliente.
Una auténtica vergüenza!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. As with many of the reviews here, I bought 3 sweaters and asked to send back 2. The delivery of the order also went completely wrong stating that the sweaters had been delivered when they had not and I had to track this down for days.

I requested a refund (ridiculous) on the 19th April. They everntually said yes to the request. I sent back the sweaters on the 25th April and they were received by the company on the 29th April. Today is the 16th May and I have still not receieved my refund.

I have emailed the company multiple times with evidence of the received delivery.

This is such a scam. They have about 140 euros of mine which they are not refunding, it is day light robbery.
Please do not buy from this company, they need to be reported and shut down.

In response to the company's response below which I cannot seem to respond to, my order was received by you 17 days ago, which exceeds the 14 day returns policy, and NO I have not received a refund.

I have also NOT received an email from in response to 5 emails asking for my refund and you have completely ignored me until you saw my comment on here.

How do you have the time to find a review about your company and respond. Yet don't have the time to respond to an email directly sent to your company inbox?

Your business is shameful and needs to be inspected. You withhold people's money from them and completely ignore them when they try to contact you.

Consumer Service is super slow, it takes up to weeks to receive an answer. Also it took 4 weeks to ship the order. Now I want to return, this needs to be requested as well and - guess what? I think it will takes weeks again until I can return the order and be refunded.

I placed an order on the 25th of April, getting a confirmation email of the order and that the order will be shipped after 4-6 workdays… now we are in mid-May, I have reached out to them on their website and on their customer serive e-mail “team at moondaybrand.com” and haven’t heard anything back. I’m starting to think this is a scam and I will try to escalate this further with the Spanish authorities jf I don’t hear back.

Bestelling op 12 april geplaatst, producten pas op 7 mei ontvangen. Klantenservice reageerde pas na herhaaldelijk aandringen. Eindelijk de producten gekregen:
- alles stinkt enorm, dus meteen in de wasmachine moeten gooien.
- de kleur van de trui is knalgeel terwijl hij op de website wit lijkt.
- het telefoonhoesje begint na een week gebruik al af te bladderen.

Kortom, ik bestel hier never nooit meer.

Cela fait plus d’une semaine que j’ai passé ma commande. Je n’ai aucun mail de suivi, aucune réponse du service après vente sur Instagram ni par mail.

Je trouve ça honteux d’avoir si peu de réactivité alors que les articles ne sont clairement pas donné !

Vu les autres commentaires, je ne suis même pas certaine de recevoir ma commande. C’est certain que je porterai plainte sans hésitation si celle-ci n’arrive pas dans les plus brefs délais !

ordered a bikini on the 28th of March and they took my money and recieved confirmation of the order and have not heard anything since - they haven't replied to any emails or answered phone calls. I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of communication and believe it to be scam.

Esta pagina es una estafa, hice un pedido hace medio año, nunca llegó. Probé de todo, contactarles por telefono/correo/redes sociales, escribí mensajes negativos en su instagram y solo hacian que borrarlos!!!
70 euros por un bañador que NO llegó NUNCA. Por favor, no cometais el mismo error.

I placed an order on March 18th. I still haven't received it. They send me daily messages asking me to review the products, but I haven't received any. I've tried contacting the company several times, but they don't answer or respond.

Una compra fácil! la sudadera es todavia mejor de como me la imaginaba. repito seguro.

Producto de alta calidad trato excelente y logística inmejorable

Hice un pedido de una sudadera y al llegarme no me gustó la calidad del producto (la tela era muy fina) así que les envié un email para solicitar la devolución. Pagué los gastos de transporte y devolví el pedido en perfecto estado a la dirección que me indicaron. Esto fue en Enero y ahora mismo a finales de Marzo aún no he recibido el reembolso. Les escribo al email y ni me responden. En fin una estafa de marca, no compreis aqui!!

I've sent several mails and completed the return form 3 times and I haven't received any answer yet. 2 weeks since my first mail. Shameful customer service

Realizamos un pedido hace 11 días con fecha 24/48 horas y a día de hoy no hemos recibido el pedido. Nos hemos puesto en contacto con ellos por diferentes medios mail, instagram, su página durante estos días y a día de hoy no nos han dado respuesta. Es vergonzosa la atención al cliente más aún cuando el pedido fue cobrado en el momento de la compra y a día de hoy ni nos dan respuesta ni nos devuelven el dinero, ni nos envían el epdido

I ordered 2 sweaters around 1 month ago and it would arrive within 4-6 working days. After one month, the package is not with UPS and J can’t get ahold of customer service, neither on Instagram.
