El servicio de atencion al cliente ha sido muy atento y me ha resuelto todo muy bien y rapido.

I had a really good experience. Items came on time and the items are just as advertised. The sweaters are really comfortable and oversized so no need to size up to get the look. Really good quality as well. I did not get an email when the package arrived, but could easily track it so not an issue:)

Item was ordered and still waiting for it a month later. Have tried to contact several times and heard nothing. I wouldn’t bother ordering from here.

J'ai passé une commande sur ce site le 25/12/2024, mais je n'ai jamais reçu mon colis et n'ai aucun suivis sur le colis. J'ai essayé de les contacter par e-mail et via Instagram, mais ils ne répondent pas. C'est une arnaque, je déconseille fortement à quiconque d'y acheter quoi que ce soit. Fuyez ce site !

Mi experiencia con esta empresa ha sido frustante en los que respecta al envío y comunicación.
Hice un pedido el 22 de diciembre de 2024, me enviaron un correo comunicándome que el pedido llegaría en 24/48h. Al día siguiente (23/12/24) recibí otro correo en el que se detallaba el nº de envío de Correos Express, así como que el pedido estaba listo para envío. Mi sorpresa surge cuando voy accediendo todos los días siguientes y en el estado del envío aparece que aún no ha salido del almacén de Megeces - Valladolid (donde está la sede). Así durante 10 días, sin que el estado del pedido cambie, finalmente el pedido sale el día 03/01/2025, es decir, 10 días después de que me comunicaran que ya había nº de envío y que estaba listo. Les he enviado varios correos interesándome sobre el estado del pedido y no se han molestado en contestar. Finalmente Correos Express me indica que el pedido será entregado el 07/01/25 cuando yo lo necesitaba antes del 05/01/25 y cuando la empresa me indicaba que la entrega sería en 24/48 h.
Resumen: será una marca muy recomendada por influencers y gente famosa (como bien publicitan ellos en su web), pero dejan mucho que desear en el aspecto de comunicación, seriedad y trato al cliente.
Creo que no volveré a comprar aquí, hay otras marcas españolas que apoyar y que funcionan más seriamente.

Arnaque. J'ai voulu renvoyé mes articles ils n'ont jamais accepté le colis. Résultat le colis m'a été retourné. Après X appels avec La Poste. J'ai du repayer un envoi. Jamais accepté de nouveau retourné. Résultat : 120 euros d'article commandé perdu et 40 euros de frais d'envoi dans le vent. Ne pas commander chez eux.

Ich kann nicht glauben dass 75% der Käufer 5 Sterne für diesen Laden vergeben der Billigwahre völlig überteuert verkauft. Ich habe 2 Paar Boots- angeblich 100% warm und wasserdicht - für ca 40 € das Paar gekauft , die viel zu klein ausfallen. Bei Aldi gibt es deutlich bessere diese Woche für 9,99-und es kostet 49€ Porto mindestens nach Honkong an die Adresse Suite C, Level 7 im World Trust tower = SEHR fragwürdige Adresse

Helaas de trui retour moeten sturen omdat de kleur niet hetzelfde is zoals weergegeven is op de webshop. De verzendkosten niet terug gekregen nadat er meerdere mailtjes over en weer zijn gegaan dat de kleur niet hetzelfde is zoals is weergegeven op de afbeelding. Hier ook over gemaild en krijg alleen reactie dat hier nog niet eerder over gemaild is en dat ik het alsnog moet betalen.. Nog een keer aangegeven dat de kleur niet is zoals is weergegeven en dat het niet netjes is als ik de verzendkosten moet betalen ook omdat ik de retourkosten zelf heb betaald. De kwaliteit was wel goed maar helaas ga ik hier niet nog een keer bestellen.

All good, it arrived quickly and it’s pretty cool. They have some items on preorder that take a bit longer, and I didn’t read that part carefully at first, but I wrote to them and they explained it to me.

Also got scammed about $300, said it was delivered and never was. They now have blocked me on the chats and don't respond to my emails.

Ordered twice. Fast shipping and my Sweaters are beautiful. Shipping notification comes from packlink not moondaybrand that may cause confusion.
I placed a third order and i got it a few days later. My iPhone Case was missing in the parcel so i contacted Moondaybrand via Email. The respond was super quick and they told me, that the iPhone Case comes from a different warehouse and with a separate Parcel. That is the reason why it is missing in my first parcel. So all over, i really Like that Brand.

I have ordered an item few days ago. I just got the order confirmation by email and then, nothing. My bank account has been debited. I tried to contact Moonday by email and instagram but I get ghosted by them, no answers at all. I highly do not recommend this brand as they just robbed me 70€.

As other reviews - ordered & paid for 2 sweatshirts on 7/6/24. No communication since and no replies to emails or website queries - what a scam!!!! Do not deal with this company!!!!

Don’t order here!!! You’re not gonna get your products and they don’t respond to any correspondence.

Absolutely horrendous! I purchased one of the tops on 8th June and have not received it till now. I have messaged via their website, Instagram and direct email. NO response at all! I just want my money back now as it is ridiculous!!!!

Scam site- never received my goods and they did not respond to my messages.
