As a first time buyer, I really wasn't sure if I was in a place to buy right now, but Charlene talked me through everything in our initial meeting and I had an agreement in principle the next day and an offer accepted on a property about two weeks after that! We have been working Gordon for past few months firstly to get our decision in principle in place and then mortgage application once we found our home.
