Nicholas Young and all his team. Wonderful team work and communication back and forth. All explained in detail and making sure that we understood all the procedures that we have to follow. I really recommend.

David was our main point of contact throughout our mortgage application process. He put our minds at ease during a stressful time and was very efficient in his work. Any questions or queries we had were responded to promptly and he kept us updated throughout the process with what was going on behind the scenes. We would definitely recommend his work to people in the future.

Karjun has been great helping me through everything and has been friendly making me feel comfortable asking questions when I didn’t understand something.
Georgia has been great keeping me updated on the next steps.
I would highly recommend them as they have made my experience nice and easy to follow.

Karjun was our main point of contact during the process and he has been brilliant! He kept in regular contact with me even on his days off and made sure I was at ease by explaining everything clearly when I was in a panic. He has been so helpful answering all our queries and keeping us informed.

Dean was an absolutely wonderful advisor throughout the process. He always made himself available (even on his days off!) to respond to our queries in a prompt manner. Additionally, he explained everything in a clear way which made me feel confident that I was understanding things correctly. Our case handler Georgia was also excellent, providing regular updates regarding the status of our application.

Lee Meredith went above and beyond securing our mortgage. We had every problem you can think of, name changes, address changes, legal paperwork’s. Lee had to sift through it all and port our mortgage which ended up being very complicated. Lee worked 14 hours one day to get this sorted. We really can’t rate him enough , lovely customer service , great person , really does his very best for you . We will be coming back to him when we need to renew our mortgage,as he’s seriously fantastic at his job and also keeping me calm and so lovely with us as I also suffer with PTSD and he helped with my anxiety too . That’s more than just a mortgage advisor that’s a great person too. 10 stars from us and thank you so much.

Excellent service the only thing I would say is if anyone wants to add their fees onto the mortgage please ensure this is calculated within the fees from the Solicitor, as this can be very confusing.

As a first time buyer the whole mortgage process was alien to me and daunting. Brad, my mortgage advisor couldn’t be more helpful. Whenever I had questions or concerns. He was there to answer. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone in my situation.

Already having bought 1 home before I never received service like I did this time with mortage Bureau. And this is all down to Rob Hill and Georgia Hayden. They have both been brilliant. It’s been a long 15 month journey and they have helped me along every step of the way. Nothing has been too much trouble and they were always there when I needed them. Very fast and efficient whenever I needed answers or I was stressing about things they were there to help and support! They are a credit to mortgage bureau and you guys should be happy to have employees like this, a little recognition would go a long way. Thankyou again guys!

Mortgage Bureau arranged my first mortgage 6 years ago when most lenders did not want my business. My circumstances were not straightforward but my adviser back then got me an affordable 5 year fixed rate deal from the one of the Top 5 mortgage lenders. When I needed to renegotiate last year, I tried a handful of other independent advisers but came back to my Mortgage Bureau adviser because I could see just how good she was by comparison.

I'm now downsizing and spoke to a colleague of my original adviser by phone during an appointment at a new building development. The aim was to work out my current options and budget given that the mortgage landscape has shifted in the last 12 months.

This new adviser was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He listened, asked useful questions that helped me figure out what my priorities were and then advised me based on that. His communication skills were excellent and I came away from the discussion with increased clarity about my own situation, a better understanding of the current mortgage market and the reassurance of knowing I have sensible options available.

Based on this most recent experience alone, I would recommend Mortgage Bureau to my closest and dearest people, including my adult children. I would be confident that they were dealing with skilled and responsible professionals who would look out for the best interest of their clients.
