Encountered an issue and call Motor parts uk.. Communication with them was fantastic. We encountered an issue via the middle man ( parcel force ) due to false attempted delivery

Couldn't have been worse. The part was ordered on Tuesday and 2 day delivery was paid for. The bearings had arrived by Friday afternoon so I contacted motocross part uk who stated the bearings had not... もっず芋る

Bike was using a lot of oil, scored barrel was the culprit, I ordered barrel and piston on Monday had the parts by Thursday and rebuilt the bike ready for weekend so no missed riding time. Product is... もっず芋る

Missing components in my order

Missing components in my order, contacted the company 2 by email no reply, then when I contacted them about wrong components I got a reply assuring me they would resolve the issue ASAP. And now nothing, no contact, no solution offered, very poor.

Ordered a shim kit

Ordered a shim kit. On arrival a number of shims were missing.
I’ve made 4 attempts to get the missing shims, and it’s now obvious they ain’t interested. Won’t be using them again in the future.
Thanks for the response. Now that’s what I call customer service 👍

Morning Andrew. Sincere apologies for there being some shims missing in your kit. We have dispatched a new full shim kit. No need to send the other kit back. Hopefully this is useful to you in the future.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE! Waited a week for a delivery then i rang up to see where it is and they told me sorry its not in stock. Didnt even let me know! Now ive got to wait another 3 days for a refund. AVOID

I have purchased vForce reeds which did not fit in September, I have still not recieved a refund.

Evening Ryan. We can confirm this refund has been made. We received the reeds back but had little to match them to an order so the process took a little longer than usual.
