Couldn't have been worse. The part was ordered on Tuesday and 2 day delivery was paid for. The bearings had arrived by Friday afternoon so I contacted motocross part uk who stated the bearings had not... もっと見る

Bike was using a lot of oil, scored barrel was the culprit, I ordered barrel and piston on Monday had the parts by Thursday and rebuilt the bike ready for weekend so no missed riding time. Product is... もっと見る

Trusted website, family have ordered before and items came, however I made a £475 order, I haven’t received it yet but was given a tracking number but when I put this number into Royal Mail track&trace it says I can only track it when they have attempted to deliver it, which is abit pointless,I assume it’s 1st or 2nd class delivery, but for a big order like that it should be special delivery so you can actually track it even if I had to pay the extra I would’ve rather had that.

One order to wrong address
Two seperate orders placed for delivery to two different addresses. For some reason both orders sent to the same address. Not ideal as now need to collect.

Misleading production information
I had order a prox complete clutch kit from the website. And it says on the product description that “ProX complete clutch plate kits contain a complete pack of friction, steel plates and A SET OF CLUTCH SPRINGS for the application you need” but the clutch springs are nowhere to be found. It did arrive just on time but i am travelling to philippines on sunday to join a race next weekend but I cant install the clutch now because its useless without the clutch springs anyway. I cant even return it now because ill be away for the 14 day period. I am so disappointed by the service and i just literally gave them a 5 star for the previous service, I wish I hadnt.

Very good experiences.
The phone was answer'd promptly,the salesman was polite,the bearings i ordered were delivered quickly and the cost of both the parts and delivery were not to high.
What more can you ask.

Hi David. Sorry to hear this hasn't arrived yet. We can confirm it has been dispatched 0212EC9A0163625C. Some areas of the country do take longer due to the seasonal time of the year with Christmas post.
Highly recommended.
Great products at great prices. Delivery was as said. No complaints. Staff on the phone, very knowledgeable and obliging.
