First class experience!
Being welcomed as we entered the site. We looked around at the huge selection of cars and felt extremely comfortable and relaxed (no pushy salespeople hovering and following us around).
Once we had seen a suitable car we spoke with Kareem Pilgrim who was professional, polite and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble.

My rating would have been higher, but after a couple of days I realised my front screen wash didn't work and was filling up my bonnet. This should have been checked!
