Highly recommend this company
I bought my previous car from Motorpoint Castleford, and decided to return to them when I wanted an upgrade.
I cannot fault their service, the online team sorted out everything out initially, and it was just a matter of turning to to store to pick up the car and finalise everything on the day. There is no pressure from them and they don’t try to force you to buy additional extras like some other places do.
A friend recommended them to me initially and my son also bought his car from them.
Special mention to Josh Gray from the online team, and Lucia at the Castleford store for their efficiency

Professional, Friendly and Competitive
The staff are friendly and helpful, emails are replied to promptly and queries addressed in a professional manner. They worked with me to rectify a couple of issues on the car I had reserved before the collection date. On collection day, the sales rep was kind and friendly as well as efficient and professional. I was very impressed that I received the trade in value for my car that they had promised me before seeing it. They didn't try to haggle on the price and even threw in new mats for my new car. The price I paid was extremely competitive and I was made to feel confident that if any issues arise after purchase, that they would be happy to help. All in all a very positive experience and I love my new car.

my daughter bought a 20 grand car got…
my daughter bought a 20 grand car got it home and tyre pressure warning light came on checked tyres all seemed ok so went back asked them to check had car an hour said they sorted it left garage light came on again booked it in again they said they put a new tyre on when her partner checked the tyre and it was a run flat tyre which means my daughter was driving car and the insurance wouldnt have been valid so spoke to a manager who couldnt help as it was friday so we would have to wait while monday but my daughter needed her car for work at the weekent but they were not interested now they had the 20 grand set of jokers this lot

We recently bought a BMW i4 m50 from motor point castleford, the car it self was as advertised and competitively priced, low mileage and great condition.
We had to travel 2 hrs to collect the vehicle the staff were helpful and efficient in handling the sale so we could get on our way home.
Unfortunately on the drive home there was some vibrations in the car so once home I emailed motorpiont regarding the issue.
The staff were very helpful and instead of having to take the car back to them they agreed to me having a diagnosis and the work done at a local bmw main dealership which was only wheels balancing and a tracking issue.

Out of date scanner Update. Reached out as requested. As no link was given to contact them, I used the online contact form on their website. 48 hours later no reply. Caring response on the original post, ZERO response when followed up.
Took my car to sell to Motorpoint Castleford. My car is in mint condition and I had thoroughly cleaned it to offer the best presentation. They would not buy it from me as their OBD scanner could not read the car info. Total waste of time and 60 mile round trip for 2 cars. When I got home I plugged it into my £50 Konweii scanner which had no problem reading the information and stating no faults found. So how come a £50 scanner can do the job when Motorpoints presumably professional scanner could not even read my car. TBF the guy dealing with us was fine but slightly embarrassed himself with the situation.

I went to motopoint Castleford to sell my car got a valuation in person but had to remove my private plate 2 days later went back to do the deal only to be told my offer has gone down by 300 this is shocking behaviour from this company as a result of this I will never buy from these again proper disappointed with their service thanks for reading yours Mr David hoare my response to your comment is how was it undisclosed when you checked and valued it 2 days before and I wasn't off with any one thanks

The salesman and the part exchange was very good - however I think the overall cleanliness of the exterior was not sufficient and it didn't seem as though the interior had been valeted which spoilt an overall good experience especially with Matt the salesman

The salesman was very patient, we sat in lots of cars and talked through the plus points of all the cars. He explained in detail all the options for payments and any extras I might want.
