Motorpoint made purchasing a car easy from beginning to end. The whole process was simple and stress free.

Outstanding experience selling my car at Motorpoint Norwich. Abbi was absolutely fantastic – she made the entire process incredibly quick and painless. I was in and out within 30 minutes, and she expertly answered all my questions. I definitely look forward to buying and selling with Motorpoint again!

Firstly for YEARS I have only bought from a main dealer always a bit worried about car supermarkets.
BUT NO NEED TO WORRY : Tom Mcleod our sales guy was just brilliant and knew his stuff. We weren't hounded or followed around. We said what we thought we wanted and were not disappointed in fact spoilt for choice. So we are Now proud owners of a Tuscon Premium - grey with sparkles lol, heated seats front and back and heated steering wheel and a dash to die for, still playing with it lol. Tom's boss Jack was also a really nice chap. Abbi from customer services also absolutely lovely. Thank you all again for a great experience and by the way the coffee is great.

Fabulous customer service. Not pushy. Allowed to look at cars without being followed around or watched. Made to feel welcome. Gave great advice. Listened to our needs. Have gone above & beyond with a minor fault (rear washer blocked) to the car found during prep.

Very good selection of good quality cars. Staff are brilliant, in particular Thomas Macleod who made purchasing my new car a stress free experience. Nothings too much trouble - would definitely recommend to anybody ! Relaxed atmosphere - no pressure to purchase - you even get a cuppa !! Thank you Motorpoint 😁😁

Getting finance was quick.

We only intended to visit Motorpoint Norwich just to have a look around. However, we saw a car we liked and were helped by several people at the branch. Big shout-out to James, Tony and Ellis who were very helpful and honest about the car.

We found the prices to be very reasonable as well.

We were very well looked after by Thomas he was polite professional and efficient he guided us through the process at every step communication was on point keeping us informed but we did not feel hassled
The paperwork was done with minimal fuss and explained at every step

Buying my son’s first car couldn’t have been easier. Motorpoint has lots of cars to look over, they allowed my son to sit in them (he isn’t quite 17 yet), to get a feel for what they were like. Ellis could not have been more helpful getting keys, explaining the cars, insurance groups etc.,. No hard sell which is so important to me, I hate salesman with a passion but none of that here. Ellis then spent time finding the right car in the colour my son wanted. He had it transported and then collected. They process for buying could not have been easier, my husband test drove it and the car was immaculate, if it hadn’t been they would have been happy for us to walk away. Motorpoint will definitely be our go to in the future and we will be asking for Ellis at the Norwich branch.

I visited motorpoint Norwich June 25, i travelled from the midlands to view a car, I have always had bad experiences with car style supermarkets but motopojnt has changed my perception drastically. The staff at the Norwich branch were friendly, not pushy at all, we were offered drinks immediately and best of all allowed to test drive the car with no salesman man dictating to us . The car had sold itself to me before I got to the branch but the overall experience just made my
Purchase even better . To top it off I had to visit the Coventry branch to organise some work to be completed on my car and found the staff there just the same . From my experiences so far I would recommend these two motorpoint branches , I sincerely hope this review gets noted by senior management as well and the staff get the recognition they deserve. Thank you Tony and Abi .

This is the second time I have purchased a car from motorpoint and both times the exercise run very smoothly. I was given all the information I needed and from my initial enquiry to when I collected my new car I cannot fault the service I received from this very professional company

Arrived after speaking to lewis the previous Day .Purchased a New Car after arranging Car Tax and insurance and having the Car Valeted and was on my way Home 2 hours later .Quick and easy .

The whole experience was stress free; from the warm welcome (and coffee) in the spacious reception area to driving the car away a day later.
Whilst the sales staff were always available to help, for me the best experience was being able to examine the vehicle on my own without feeling the pressure of somebody looking over my shoulder.
This was true not only of the static inspection, but also of being able to test drive the vehicle on my own.
On top of all that, I was given a very fair trade-in price for my existing vehicle.
