From start to finish Finn was amazing
From start to finish Finn was amazing. He was patient, understanding and not pushy in any way which is just what I needed after having been in an accident and having my car written off. He got me the exact car I was after and I’m delighted with it. I would recommend Motorpoint and particularly Finn to anyone looking to buy their next car.

The welcome received from the team made feel at ease( we have not had booked an appointment).
Josh was brilliant, very professional and patient with us.
They answered to all the questions, kept us informed and have shown flexibility to suit to our needs.
And the car arrived few days earlier than we thought.
Within one week I drove away my new car!!!!

Terrible service
Terrible service. Pushy salesperson who mis sold the car and then failed to let me know that a) the car did not have the spec that I neeeded b) the windscreen had been repaired so I organised a repair that wasn't neede as from the inside I could see the chip c) had to pay excess for the repair d) Manager unhelpful and rude
