Good Follow Up Re Car Hire
Elisabeth from Movly phoned me to ask about my car hire experience Movly had arranged. There had been a number of issues, some with my bank, when arranging the car hire but there was very good support from Movly. I asked Elisabeth about my 500 euro deposit, this was returned 2 days later. I would have arranged car hire elsewhere, if I hadn't received such good support.

Shockingly awesome experience
I was shocked at how great this experience was! I found a car for $800 less than directly with the agencies through Kayak and I was honestly skeptical but the savings made it worth trying. It was super easy to book using the site then manage my reservation in the app. The pick up experience at the airport was seamless at the Budget desk directly and was even better than some Hertz Gold pick up experiences I've had recently. I will definitely use Movly for future rentals and recommend giving it a try where available!

Scam company. Flight was delayed 1 hour, and Movly cancelled my booking. No refund allowed.
1) They said I needed to provide a flight number. Movly never requested my flight number. I provided ALL data that Movly requested. I was never given heads-up to provide the flight number. Movly said I was all set.
2) They said I didn't cancel the booking. Why would I cancel the booking 48 hours prior when I was planning on receiving a car. Only after I got scammed did I want a refund. And then they use sorry excuses.
3) They said to refund through the travel agent. I didnât use a travel agent - I booked directly through Movly myself, and Movly scammed me.
4) I will not be paying this. They will be hearing from American Express.
Response - You never asked me for flight information. I was 15 minutes late because the flight was delayed. Movly never told me I had only a one hour window for pick up. Thatâs insane. Refund is completely expected.
