Wonderful Products, Bad Purchase Experience...
As everyone knows these are not budget bags and since I am located in the USA I could not see them in person. I emailed Muud a few times and asked questions regarding what products were best for my needs. I was met with short vague responses that did not answer my questions at all. No matter the total of your purchase the shipping to the US was the same amount $50, which is a lot. I purchased the Hiba project bag (smaller than expected) and the Dzana project bag. Both came wrapped in tissue paper but shipped inside of a thin plastic bag. The bag came ripped and in terrible shape. It was a miracle the project bags themselves did not come damaged. For the price of shipping it should have been shipped in a box especially since it was going overseas. This is a poor practice. How disappointing my shopping experience was with Muud! I saved for months for these bags. My husband bought me a gift card that only covered the cost of shipping. Muud, you have beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and high quality products. I'm happy to own what I do. Please improve your shipping packaging and customer service friendliness, response time, and help to customers. I recommend their products but I do not recommend shopping direct from them if you are not local to their store.

Gode anvendelige tasker men der er plads til forbedring på enkelte områder. Evita tasken fungerer ikke optimalt med snurren og i Saturn er lommerne indvendig for stramme.

Der Carita Binder wurde schnell…
Der Carita Binder wurde schnell versendet und ist für mich im täglichen gebrauch sehr praktisch. Wenn nötig nehme ich den ganzen Binder mit, aber ich kann ganz flexibel auch nur einzeln Seitens heraus nehmen, verschließen und mitnehmen. Ich mag diese flexible System sehr. Das Bundle bietet einen guten Anfang, ich werde aber noch aufstocken. Die Verarbeitung und Qualität sind hervorragend!
