The order process was a little difficult the website did not do discounts athat should have applied with the month membership but the customer service responded quickly and helped me with my order! The Company is truly exceptional in their customer service. Wether it was pricing questions about items they respond in les than 24 hours and are truly customer service not by title but by actions. The only other company I have seen this type of customer service is Seeknit in Japan. I would highly recommend Muud and their products. When the products finally arrived to Colombia were so much better quality than shown in the photos of their website. For knitting solutions this is in my opinion the best thought out organization and project storage items you can purchase.

This is stuck in customs for some reason. I called fed ex and answered their questions and it looks like itâs still stuck in Memphis, TN and it will be late for my daughters birthday. This item was very expensive and now when I get it Iâll have to ship it to her. This also didnât give me the option to translate your form into English.
