I’ve been a huge fan of MVMT and their products for quite some time. The quality is unmatched, and the one time I did have a slight malfunction with my watch band, Charee and MVMT were a huge help and sent me a replacement band at no cast. Awesome company!

The product itself is great but their operations / customer service people are useless. I've been trying for the life of me to order a second pair of glasses but their people have proven to be incredibly adept at preventing me from doing so, after sending me the wrong item, following by a massive weeks long email thread back and forth of them repeatedly giving me incorrect information about the difference between Reveler and Relever SLIM etc etc.

I have used this company for several years and they are wonderful. I love their products and their customer service is VERY helpful. Highly recommend.

Great customer service after the first watch was lost during the shipping process. After reaching out to Customer Service, they were very courteous and replaced the watch with no questions asked and gave me a 10% refund. The replacement watch arrived the following day. This is the type of excellent customer service that I would recommend to anyone!

Recently purchased a watch from here and loved it. Unfortunately, it cracked within 2 weeks which I was pretty bummed about. They told me that they would gladly replace it, even though they don’t usually. 10/10 would recommend. Fantastic customer service and prompt responses

This company is great! I messed up on the shipping address for a pair of glasses I purchased and the glasses were lost. I contacted customer service and they expedited a replacement pair at no additional cost. I will be purchasing much more merchandise having confidence that the products are superior based solely on my customer service experience. Truly a wonderful company

These watches look so good! Absolutely love them. Found my watch face totally broken one day, emailed MVMT and they sent out a replacement right away. Awesome company to deal with, would buy again :)

The MVMT support team is by far the best support I have received thus far. In total, I issued two cases over the last two years (glasses of two watches broke), both of which have been fulfilled with eager friendliness and care. I can fully recommend buying from MVMT, because if anything should go wrong, the support team can, will and is willing to fix and help you.

Dropped my watch from around 50cm and when it landed, the indicators inside the watch came loose, making it unusable. Wrote to customer support which never came back to me. Will not buy from MVMT again.

Inaccurate description on their website, I tried to return my item, they gave me the wrong return label twice so I had to call DHL myself and organise it, took hours of messing around and they refuse to accept any responsiblity and when my item was delivered, IT HAD HAIRS IN THE BOX - Terrible customer service and terrible company, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Incredible customer service! MVMT CSR helped me get a new watch after my watch face cracked.

Great products, but even greater service!
I had a small piece in my watch broken, a few years after buying it.
With no hesitation or further questions (besides pictures) the customer service decided, after a few days, to send me a replacement.

I placed several orders on MVMT and will definitely place more orders in the near future!

I absolutely love my watch I got back in August but unfortunately dropped it and cracked the face. They were quick to respond to my emails and as soon as I sent in the pics of damage and gave my shipping info, a new watch was on the way! Awesome customer service from Herald!!

I purchased a watch and had trouble with the postal service delivering my package. MVMT promptly helped me with this situation. They replaced the missing watch at no additional charge and quickly shipped it to me via UPS. The watch is very nice and I love it. I would purchase this watch again. The service I received from MVMT was excellent.

I purchased a pair of blue screen glasses. I was excited to get them and their glasses are very stylish. I spent around $75 and I thought that is a good mid-range price for these. The first day I wore the glasses it was great. A month later and with taking great care of them, the lenses are so messed up they blurry my vision when I put them on. As I said, I took very good care. I kept them on the case, I used the cleaning cloth and still the lenses went to trash in over a month time. I do not recommend purchasing blue screen glasses from MVMT. From my experience, they look nice but they don't last. I would be ok if they lasted 6-12 months. But after 1 month and the lenses are so messed up I can't wear them, I don't see the value in this purchase.

I have emailed twice now to the support team about a watch I ordered for my girlfriend for valentines day and found it was returned to sender because of the address. I emailed them through their support team through the website with the address it was supposed to go to with my apartment number in hope we could catch it and have mailed still to me. I know mistakes can happen but there is no excuse to not respond to your customers especially when they have not received the product they paid for, especially when its a gift for your loved one on valentines day.

I ordered a watch for my significant other for Valentine's Day, and due to unfortunate shipping issues, the watch was returned to the seller and did not make it in time. I reached out to MVMT for information on what to do next in order to receive the watch, and Herald from customer service went above and beyond to ensure I received it. I have never had anything but outstanding service from MVMT, and my significant other and I love their products!
