Great watches but terrible customer service they expect you to do all the work when your watch comes damaged, if you don’t have a printer they won’t let you return it been waiting since November for a replacement !

Ordered a watch as I seen them advertising on Facebook. Once ordered, never heard from them about an order or tracking number. Reached out several times and zero response. It took me disputing with my Bank for them to finally respond. Not professional. Buyer beware.

I have contacted MVMT 3 times now and still cannot get anyone to respond to help Me return a gift so I can purchase a new one. I understand people get busy, trust me I do! I would just like a response... signed, Frustrated

My early morning mvmt was of better quality.

Customer service is very prompt to responses regarding refunds or promotions they are running. The quality of watches are very nice and I purchase one every year for my husband. Love the different varieties.

Their blue light glasses are the most expensive on the market and by far the worst. The glasses deteriorate after a couple of uses. I unfortunately bought two, trying to return one but customer service never responded. Products are overpriced and worse than the £10 pair I now own.

These watches are beautiful and the shipping was timely, even for the holidays. The reason my review is only 3 stars is because there’s no way to contact anyone for a return or exchange- the links are broken on the website. I’ve tried to reach out with no success so far.

I’m giving this a 3 star because I received the watches and I think they are beautiful. I love the packaging. Problem is, I received one watch from my boyfriend and the same watch from my sister-in-law (based on my pin of it on my Pinterest page. I want to return one for store credit to purchase a different item but I am not able to find out how to contact them. When I click on the links in their website they are not working. It’s been a few days now and I can’t figure out how to get ahold of someone. If I can rectify this situation, I will gladly return and update to 5 stars.

It's been a month and they still haven't delivered it. The tracking still says being processed. I can't get a refund until they deliver it and at this point i've essentially resigned myself to not receiving it. I didn't imagine delivery would take so long when I ordered it.

I ordered 8 bracelets and received them in a very timely manner. I had reached out to customer service multiple times and they were quick to reply and extremely helpful and courteous.

Terrible customer service. I paid $25 for next day shipping it’s been 3 days and I have not even received a tracking number. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone from customer service all day and nothing. I only ordered because it was supposed to get here before Christmas. We’re going out of town in a few days and now nobody will be here to sign for it. I’m pissed. Lies, lies, lies!!!

I placed an order on December 14, 2020 and the watches have not been ordered. I am beginning to believe that this is a fraudulent company. They do not answer the phones and CHAT is the only way to contact them. They have claimed to ship the watches and both tracking numbers are not valid. This is the worst company and I wish I had read this before ordering. No Christmas gifts for the guys because of this bad company.

I ordered a watch for my son on 12/11/20 anticipating I would receive it in more than enough time before Christmas. It has been a week since I ordered and received an order confirmation and no shipping info or anything and when I try to reach them to find what is going on, no response! If I knew what was happening perhaps I could make alternate plans but at this point I have no clue what is happening.

I found this company through a blogger on Instagram-I loved the watches and thought they looked super nice for a great price! But y’all, the customer service is beyond. My order had shipped November 27th but for over 2 weeks all it said when i went to track it was “pre shipment” and I know a company has no control over how fast it gets here after it’s shipped. So a couple days ago I emailed them and asked if they could tell me where it was at. They were shocked to know I hadn’t gotten my watch after that long and overnighted me a new one free of charge and I already got it in! The watch is stunning and I couldn’t recommend this company enough!

I do not recommend this company. They are not generating return label and do not refund you money. I have been trying to solve the issue for 1 month but they are just providing excuses.
However after many emails I received an email from company's one of managers explaining the situation and giving a full refund plus voucher for purchases.

After my order being placed three different times, it was finally delivered yesterday. One of the Team Leads reached out to me and the last order was overnighted. I hope the issues that MVMT is having is soon resolved. They do offer and deliver top notch products.

If I could give MVMT a zero rating I would! They do not care about their customers and have very poor Customer Service. I placed an order on 11/30/2020 which has not been received to date. It was very evident that something was wrong with my order. If you pull the order number up today it still says...processing. They still made me wait 8 days prior to placing the replacement order. I was told by Febe that due to the issues I had with my previous order that this order would be shipped 2 day air. At this time, I did receive the replacement order number. Guess what!! I then received an email from Febe that the shipping was changed on UPS side and will now be delivered regular mail. Guess what again!! The replacement order that Febe provided to me will not even pull up. The tracking number that Febe provided to me for the replacement order has not moved!! These glasses were the first item on my sons Christmas list! MVMT, I will never and I repeat!! Never order from you again. Guess what again!! Did you have any problems taking my money!! Absolutely not!!

I sent a request through the MVMT support line and have not received a response days past the 48 hour timeline. What is the status of the watch that I ordered?

It was ordered on November 26th and looks to still be processing since I have not received an email confirming shipment. This is unacceptable since the order confirmation stated a deliver date of no later than December 7th. If I do not receive another response I will be looking to cancel my order to receive a refund and likely never order another MVMT product. Extremely disappointed.

I would also like to point out that your company should not be taking payment for its items until they have been shipped.

MVMT's customer support is a joke. The chat doesn't work as intended, and when they are called no one picks up. Then when I try to issue a comment with the email service a 404 error pops up. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered my package and it still has not come in yet. I will not buy from MVMT again.

This has got to be the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. E-mail and chat are a joke, never get returned. I did find an 888 number that says everyone is working from home so the phone number doesn't do any good either. tracking info is a joke... If the product was shipped what is the excuse now, I could have ridden a bicycle here by now. Will never order from this place again

I planned to purchase 3 watches from this company and send them as Christmas gifts overseas. I emailed them 3 times to no avail. They have no phone number to call and no one from the company answered my emails. This is such poor form that no matter how good their watches are, I would not do business with them even if the watches were free. So unprofessional and discourteous.
