After being sceptical of the concept I am no really happy after 1/2 year of active co-ownership. Very well structured process of getting started. Very helpful and friendly personnel. Perfect apartment and great booking system… meanwhile a real fan!

MYNE has completely won me over with its concept, from day one right up to now. I’ve been a co-owner for a year, and with every stay I find that my expectations are met or even exceeded. Someone here is truly thinking from the customer’s perspective. All the staff I’ve interacted with have made a very professional and consistently courteous impression. I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

I first heard about MYNE from a shareholder in Mallorca who also had a positive experience. So far, I’d gladly give them 5 stars.

Since years I was searching for a possibility to get into the holiday home topic without buying a complete one on my own. With Myne, our dream of owning a vacation property became reality. The co-ownership concept is explained clearly and everything is handled very transparently. The team was incredibly helpful from the first day, patiently answering every question I had. The whole process was smooth and without stress. I feel genuinely like a valued owner, not only like a customer. The experience of using the home since 18 months is simply incredible. Highly recommend to everyone who is looking to invest in real estate in a smart way!

MYNE are absolute top professionals. From the very first minute, we felt very comfortable. They are always there for every question and every need. The entire process ran smoothly from the very beginning. We are extremely happy with our decision.

Wir sind noch mitten im Kaufprozess, aber bis hierher fühle ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben. Kosten und Vertrag dind transparent aufgearbeitet und alle Ansprechpartner kompetent und freundlich.

Wir sind mit dem Konzept sehr zufrieden und fühlen uns bestens betreut.
Das Konzept selbst war uns vorher nicht bekannt. Eigentlich sind wir nicht risikofreudig, deshalb haben wir lange gewartet, bis wir uns endlich dafür entschieden hatten. Und wir bereuen es zu keiner Minute. Unser Haus in Sa Rapita -auf Mallorca- liegt nah am Meer, aber angenehm ruhig, ist wunderschön eingerichtet, und wir fühlen uns dort schon wie zu Hause;)
Die Urlaubsplanung über die App ist einfach und flexibel. Auch die Begrenzung auf 45 Urlaubstage im Jahr ist für uns vollkommen in Ordnung, da wir Angestellte sind und sowieso nicht mehr Urlaub haben. Es fühlt sich fast wie ein Hotel-Urlaub an und doch hat man seine eigene Privatsphäre. Alles wird toll vorbereitet und bei Problemen erreicht man immer jemanden von Myne.
Wir würden uns immer wieder dafür entscheiden!

What a great experience. We purchased a share of a beautiful house in Mallorca and it is really living up to the expectations. Having now stayed in the house for the first time, we are impressed. The team of MYNE is very organised and everything has been dealt with high level of expertise - check-in, queries, preparation, after care.
