AVOID!!!
I placed an order on 3rd Feb (delivery was supposed to be 5-8 days), it's been over 2 weeks and nothing has arrived. The company are ignoring my emails.
A tracking link was provided when the order was supposedly sent out but it does not work.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

As per below ordered over 3 weeks ago and nothing received.
Sent email after 10 days and received standard email. Emailed since and nothing . Shopify are equally as useless as they are allowing this fraudulent lot to continue ripping people off on their site.

Why are companies like this allowed to advertise on Instagram and a Facebook when they are clearing scamming people... the same thing happened to me as every review below I ordered in good times for Valentine’s Day nothing came and was told there’s a delay still nothing came now cannot get a reply from anyone.

No item received.
No contact received.
The worst company, the auto reply was enough proof to know I had been scammed. Spelling was horrendous and they advise they use Royal Mail, but the tracking number is some also horrendous delivery company based in China. The reviews for that are worse than this company!
Lesson learned, always read reviews prior to purchase

AVOID!!! I purchased these on the 3rd of feb, never arrived. Same email saying it’ll take 5-8 days with a tracking link that does not work.

Having dame problem, ordered on 2nd of Feb said was dispatched on 8th Feb. Have emailed twice 1st time got a response saying 5-8 days delivery. No response 2nd time. Tracking no does not wrk. I'm so annoyed

Ordered a gift for Valentines day on 2nd February 2021, it said it would be dispatched within 5-8 business days and still nothing. When I try to track the order, it says there is no order on their system. The company is clearly based in China and is masquerading as a UK business as I never would have purchased from a business in China and expect an item to arrive in 8 days or less. They should not be allowed to mislead customers in this way! I have raised a dispute with Paypal.

Ordered from here on January 17th for valentines boxers x 2, socks and a cushion. A month on and still nothing. It said 5-8 days. This was a meant to be a fun novelty gift for my husband. Incredibly disappointed that not only was it late but now on the 15th of February still nothing and really do I even want them now when I had to order new valentines gifts when I realised the likelihood of them arriving was looking less and less likely.

I emailed them and did get a reply;
‘Generally speaking, it will take about 5-8 business days for the order to arrive.

Please allow me to explain our processing and shipping time further.
1. Due to customization work involved on our personalized and handmade product, the processing time would be a little longer than the regular items.
2. The actual delivery time may also vary, depending on the shipping method you select, your shipping address, and your local postal service.
3. I apologize for the delay in shipping and delivery of your order, due to the courier and air freight capacity reduced these days by the impact of the Coronavirus. Rest assured that we are working on this diligently to follow up your order.’

They gave me a tracking number which does not work and I am now still waiting for a valentines gift after Valentine’s Day. Afew days late fair enough, a week even, I anticipated delays which is why I ordered a month in advance.

I ordered the boxer shorts as a Valentines gift on the promise of a 5-8 day delivery - however, they fail to mention the lengthy production time before the delivery date even applies. I have been sent several different websites to 'track' my parcel, and a code...none of which work. I purchased the VIP service (doesn't do anything so don't bother) and gift box at a cost of around £38. I still haven't received anything and don't know if I ever will. My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered Over two weeks ago on the Valentine’s Day sale (said it would Arrive within 5-8 days) I chose This company cause I thought It would 100% get here. It’s been over 2 weeks and I recieved A shipping confirmation but the tracking code doesn’t work and everytime I try And contact myboxerphoto they never respond. Do not use

I keep waiting to get an update on my order and i start to feel scammed!
The delivery term given when ordering the product does not correspond with the reality!
There is no phone number i can reach, and if I have a question the customer service responds after a week.
My order was for Valentines day which is tomorrow and now I have no present, thank you!
This product costed a fortune and i was expecting at least fast delivery! I could have used many other options that would have been 100 times better and cheaper! The tracking number they told me to use it is not even real!

Don’t normally bother with writing reviews, made an order on the 2nd feb still no details on delivery, don’t recognise my email Address, total waste of time will be contacting bank for a full refund!

I ordered these the end of January still not arrived and no response from company. Tracking doesn't work even though they say they were despatched on the 10th February.

Would not recommend this site to anyone

Seems I am also a mug ....... having read reviews fear I have also made a mistake - now have learnt not to use unfamiliar websites - waiting for order for Valentines placed end January not able to track and being ignored by company - wouldn’t normally post reviews but don’t want other people to loose out - very disappointing 😬

Emailed after waiting 7 days for the product, was told it would take 7 days to make and an additional 5-8 days to arrive. Received a tracking number 8 days after purchase, this didn’t register with Royal Mail until a further week later. 3 weeks after ordering still waiting and now being ignored via email.

I have had the exact same experience as the previous review! I ordered personalised boxers, VIP service and gift box on 19th January and it stated 5-8 working days, did not receive the boxers till 10th February.....no gift box or VIP service. I am extremely disappointed...also the boxers are far too big...not the size stated. I have emailed them as I want my money back for the goods not received but going on other peoples experience I highly doubt I will hear from them. Lesson learned...I will check trust pilot reviews before ordering from companies in future. I feel robbed!

On their website it said products would take 5-10 days to arrive however mine took over 2 weeks. I thought I had been scammed as it was taking so long to arrive but after reading some reviews about the company I realised that despite the website having a British flag on the logo, the products were being shipped from China so that explains the lengthy wait. If you ordering for a special occasion definitely order a few weeks in advance. All in all though, the boxers I had ordered with my face on were good quality and the image was clear.

I ordered socks and boxers for Valentine’s Day for my boyfriend with my face on as a cute gift. Was expecting something tacky to come through. They are beautiful, such good quality and I think he’s going to love them
