If this company is real, they are awful. I suspect they are a scam.

Items never arrive despite frequent contact and promises 2months later it is still waiting to be sent according to their own tracker.

They do not acknowledge requests for refunds either.

Avoid using this company!

Bought some socks for my partner with our dogs face on for Christmas. When they arrived the print looked good but they aren’t proper socks and don’t have a heel. After one wear on a 2 hour walk they had gone all bobbly and much of the print had also rubbed off. Cost £20 and are absolute rubbish. Wish I’d read some reviews before purchasing. Dont waste your money.

Ordered pyjamas as a present, in October for Xmas delivery. Arrived after Xmas. TERRIBLE quality. Very expensive for a genuinely awful product. DO NOT BUY.

THEY STOLE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, CREATED A FAKE PROBLEM WITH POSTAGE.

NO REFUND OR ACKNOWLEDGMENT! YOU CANNOT GET HOLD OF SOMEONE AT HEAD OFFICE.

I have reported them to watchdog in the UK, I am awaiting a financial ombudsman to give me a call back regarding getting my money back, please report, report and report them, they are robbing people!

If I could give 0 stars i would have. Delivery times are fake, I ordered something, used the "VIP service" they offer and paid 20 quid delivery so it would arrive within 5 days and still waited 3 weeks or so for my delivery, which ruined secret santa (boo!) and the item itself is such low quality; badly printed photo, ink smudges and its absolutely tiny, dont advertise me a pillow if you're gonna send me whats basically a flannel, wasn't even worth the 15 quid it cost itself. Customer service is appalling all ive received in reply to my multiple emails asking for my delivery money refunded or them to do anything at all is automated responses asking me to leave feedback so here it is. Definitely wont use this website again ever absolute scam avoid at all costs!!

Company is in China, service is terrible, 5 to 8 business days postage is a massive lie. They will reply to emails until you complain then they blank you. I feel they have taken my money under false pretences. I'd have never ordered if I had know it was coming from China, but I never realised until the problems started. Avoid this company, they are over priced, con merchants.

Ordered personalised face socks - poor quality. The white socks had blue ink marked on top of them. Waited ages for them to arrive - more than what was advised. Completely useless as a Christmas gift. Offered 20% refund by company or a replacement - despite the fact it would not arrive by Christmas. PayPal happily ruled in my favour, but stated I would only get my money back if I return the item - hassle for me to package and go to post office, and then pay for postage to CHINA (even though it will get reimbursed). Awful company - AVOID!

Ordered on 8th Dec, thinking this was a uk site (flag in logo and .co.uk domain). It said 5-8 business days, plenty of time for Christmas. It's now 17th December and no email confirmation of shipment. Tried to get in touch and now found out this company is based in China. I can see this is going to be a waste of 50 quid. If I only I had read the reviews first!! Can't believe I've fell for a scam.

Emailed, no reply. If I don't get a response within next 24 hours I will be doing a charge back for the money paid.

Now there's not enough time to order an alternative from elsewhere either.

I placed an order through their U.K. website which stated 5-8 working days delivery. Once the money had come out of my PayPal, I noticed that the transaction idea was in Chinese. Due to past experiences with ordering from China, I knew that a 5-8 Working day turnaround would not be possible. Especially with a personalised gift. I emailed the company and asked how long it would take to arrive, more specifically, asking if it would arrive for Christmas. “Coco” replied to me advising that it would take 5-7working days to be produced and a further 5-8 working days to be delivered, resulting in a 15working day turn around.
I asked Coco to cancel my order and issue me with a full refund as this was a Christmas present. I was greeted with another email from Coco telling me the exact same information she had told me in the email before, that it would be a 15 working day turn around. I replied saying I understood but I would need a refund due to false advertising on their website.
I highly doubt that I will be receiving a refund from this company.
Their customer services are shocking. Avoid.

Absolutely rubbish took ages to arrive and wrong size. Will not replace with correct size . Beware and don't waste your money

Terrible. Took nearly 4 weeks to arrive and is awful quality.

Can't believe I didn't read the reviews first ! Been waiting forever didn't realise it was China and no tracking info. Worried now it's gonna turn up and be a pile of s**t after reading other reviews. I order a week and a half before my girlfriend's birthday, figured it would be a couple days late, but it's already a couple weeks late and still nothing.. avoid !!

Item great but wouldn’t purchase from them again due to conflicting information ..... First I was told they were UK based, then it was clear from receiving emails it was actually HONG KONG OR CHINA and then my item was shipped from the UK - All with a very expensive £6.99 postage for one item as it was coming from outside the UK. I personally won’t be repurchasing from them in the future.

Placed my order said it would take 2 weeks, thought perfect in time for my mates birthday but no 4 weeks later it turns up!
After trying to get in contact with them, I sent 9 emails, I got 1 back from the company which did not help at all with my order!
My order looks awful the sequins are falling falling off and half gone, the photo is so dark I can’t even see it! when I placed the photo on the cushion it looked lovely but turned up and was awful! Waisted of money,

Oh and don’t ask for a refund as you won’t get it, I’ve asked and they have ignored me.

Have not received my order after several weeks. Tracking tells me it has been in Netherlands postal system for many weeks. My e.mails are being returned as they can’t be delivered.

I ordered this item start of February, still have not received item, may emails backwards and fourth with this awful company totally useless and will only offer 30 percent refund!! Absolute joke would not recommend this company at all stay clear !!

AWFUL !!!!i ordered my partner some photo boxers for his 30th birthday I ordered them two weeks before his birthday

It’s now 4 weeks later still not received them

Also ... If I knew they were made and shipped from China I wouldn’t have bothered !

Ordered socks with photo as a birthday gift.
No arrival a month later, missed birthday, so asked for a refund.
2 days later a pair of socks arrived.
The white socks had ink of various colours on them in several places, the photo was so dark you couldn't tell who it was, and there were other faint pictures of someone else on the socks too.

Completely useless as a gift. Just wondering if it's worth sending them back or just cut my losses.
