Honestly DO NOT order from this company.
THEY SCAM YOU! TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE A REFUND.

I emailed for nearly 6 weeks back and forth and eventually got a refund however took almost 2 months from not receiving my order!!

Still to this day I haven’t received it. poor company shocking service and complete SCAM.

If I could give zero stars I would. I send mr order on February 10th for Valentine’s Day with express shipping. I then got an email saying the 17th is when I would receive it. It is now March the 15th and I have received absolutely nothing. They refused to refund me unless I pay a fee??!!!! This whole website is an absolute scam. They’ve taken my money and sent me nothing for it

0 star from me payed on the 5th of February for something that was meant to be for valentines day had no emails about my order i have tryed emailing them plenty of times and had nothing back, quick enough taking £24 for a pair of boxers what a scam it is will be going bank tomorrow to get my money back site needs closing down

Doesnt even deserve 1 star! But had too put something too leave a comment.. Its now march and still waiting for my parcel i ordered, too arrive in plenty time for Valentine's day. But ohh no and no reply too the 50 messages ive sent.. Apart from one sayin about improving delivery services and would be delivered on the 17th feb.. (After i needed it) but nothing since.. So so bad DO NOT USE COMPANY

Absolutely awful, avoid as all costs.

I placed an order, and asked for a delivery date. After many unanswered messages I sent them a cancellation (as I had no confirmation of my order or any sort of delivery date).
Out of the blue, I got a message informing me my order would be delivered (this was over 2 weeks after I needed it).
I told them that I had already cancelled the order and they ignored this.
A couple of weeks later a product arrived, I sent them a message saying this was in error because I had already cancelled, and asked them how I can return my product for a refund.
They have told me there is no returns and no refund.

Be warned, emails for them are all to/from a gmail account. You can try and contact them via Facebook messenger (but that is the "sales department" and they don't speak to the "other departments").

I believe this company doesnt really exist.

I ordered these printed boxer shorts on January 27th as they were offering fast delivery and in time for Valentine’s Day. Still nothing on feb 13 and no reply to my emails - just an automated one saying they are having an upgrade and nothing is being shipped out till the 17th - I also read they said the corona virus is effecting them which is rubbish as I have just received two items from China I ordered 6 days ago. Absolute scam! I just want a refund now and wish I did my research and ordered from a reputable company. Avoid!!!!
