Had an issue with a faulty part. I dealt with both Adam and Chris with regards to our warranty and a replacement part. Exceptional service. My dehumidifier failed after 17 months. Called and spoke with Chris from NHS, who arranged a call back from Vybra Solutions. Paul from VS arranged a replacement unit the following day. Great to actually speak with people who recognises customer satisfaction.

Now I have to source the right connector and get a qualified electrician to install it, at my own cost, because it's for commercial use.
