This is the second time I have used this company, and as always the service and delivery times have been great. The items always come well packed, and I must commend Chris Dursley for giving excellent customer service as always. Thoroughly recommended!

Placed the order online and my heater was delivered in 2 days.
I received a call from the driver 30mins before delivery which was very helpful so I could dart home.
I don’t really leave reviews but this seemed justified
I called to gain an invoice and spoke to the sales man who sorted it on the call

I ordered a Sealey Infra-red radiant tube heater on Monday after a cold weekend in the workshop. It arrived on Tuesday 08:00, so pretty impressed!
Chris was very helpful in selecting the correct product. Looking forward to getting it fired up.

The website is faulty so we ended up placing two orders By mistake.

Once you checkout the items stay in the basket and you get an email to say you have left items in your cart. We got no order conformation either.

When the second order went through we called to make sure the other one didn't go through and make sure two are not sent.

Next day two heaters arrive, so we reject one. They would not refund the purchase until the heater was back, even though it was their mistake. basically holding US responsible if anything went wrong

They have refunded today but it takes another 3-10 days to clear, leaving us not being able to use the card, which could be a disaster to some businesses.

Office staff do not care. They just say don't worry all in hand

to top it off the off switch fell out

Update: I note the reply, still not taking responsibility, the reason for two orders was a broken website and we called to cancel but two still arrived

I dont feel the customer should be held accountable for this, imagine the goods never arrived back !

Heater is broken and no one answers the phone. I have tried to call 10 times a day for the last 2 days!

This is the worst company to purchase from. Spent £120 on a heater which hasn't worked since purchase, have messaged company numerous times and they even promised to send out a replacement. However, no replacement has arrived and it's been weeks since purchase. Contacted them about this and they have now refused to replace or refund, so I now have a heater that is in the store room gathering dust and £120 down the drain. Just a warning to be very wary before purchasing from this company or you could end up with no product and no refund.

DO NOT SUPPLY THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT PAY INVOICES ON TIME!

Had a issue with an order but this was eventually resolved with good communication throughout. Danny and Chris were very helpful

I've ordered several products from this company over the last few years for my place of work. Always great service from Chris, and prompt delivery!

Don't buy, its a nightmare to return the item, wasted a lot of time.

Amazing service from Danny at Trade Gear!
Danny was honestly incredible, super helpful, patient and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted perfectly. His customer service was second to none.
