Dreadful service. Beware that this insurer is underwritten by AXA who will do everything they can to avoid paying out for a legitimate claim.

I had a serious back injury shortly before I was due to go on Holiday earlier this year. I made a claim with Nature Save who referred me to AXA. 6 months later and we’re still nowhere near a resolution because they demand medical records in formats the NHS won’t provide me with (my full medical record in PDF format, which can’t be scanned in or posted).

In other words, if you’re unfortunate enough to need to claim you’re unlikely to be successful if the NHS provides your primary care.

It’s a shame because I loved the idea of Nature Save. Unfortunately, in reality they have the distinction of being the single worst insurer I’ve used. Avoid.

I really like the ethics of Naturesave Insurance . Personal service too with a tailor made policy. Also a very affordable quote which sealed the deal . Abha Wells was very knowledgable and covered everything so well . It was a no brainer to leave my previous insurer and go with a Green one .

Our previous broker ceased trading and Naturesave had taken over the brokerage of the remaining policies.i asked Debbie for a renewal quote and she took care to ensure all of our specific needs and details were correct. Using an ethical insurance provider is important for our business so I was really hoping Naturesave would provide a great service. And they have. We have used Naturesave for over 17 years now insuring our non standard construction home. Always professional, always helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. In todays world it is seldom to experience a personal touch but that is what I have experienced over the past 17 years dealing with the same helpful people on a yearly basis.

When my home insurance went up by £2000 with my current insurers, I knew there had to be a cheaper option. Choosing a company with an ethical policy was important to me. The wonderful team, Vicky and Narik worked extremely hard to find the right match for me with a quote coming in at nearly £1000 less than my previous insurers for the same coverage. It was difficult to reach the (sole) individual who deals with home insurance. This did not bode well for any future dealings.
Property and contents insurance would have cost me much more than double the price quoted by my existing insurer. I am prepared to pay more for a recommended 'ethical' service but there was no attempt to engage me on this element of the service, which is the reason I contacted them.
Altogether an uninspiring experience.

I have worked with Naturesave for 12 years and they have been absolutely excellent throughout. Considerate, quick and always responsive. I can't recommend them highly enough. Not the absolute cheapest but you get what you pay for and this one is DEFINITELY worth it, as well as meeting our sustainability concerns.
