I bought an Nectar Clasic 12â matress it is rated at medium firm. I had a medium firm Helix only deference it was a hybrid. But compared to the Helix this matress is way too firm for side sleepers. All my preasure points hurt while I was trying to sleep ,I even tried several toppers with no relief. I am in the process of getting a refund and waiting for them to pick it up.It gets donated actually not returned. I gave it 30 days and I didn,t like it. I just got the Dreamcloud memory to replace it and it is much softer.

I purchased a Nectar mattress through Amazon specifically because of the advertised 365-night trail, but Iâve had nothing but frustration trying to actually activate it.
After registering on Nectarâs website, I never received the confirmation email needed to complete the warranty process. I tried multiple times, checked spam folders, and still nothing. When I contacted customer service, I was left waiting on hold for an extended period, only to get no real resolution. Instead of helping, they shifted the blame to Amazon and offered no clear path forward.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. A warranty is only valuable if the company makes it accessible, and right now, Nectar is falling short. Poor communication, lack of follow-through, and unhelpful customer service make this hard to recommend.
Also, - the matters is too firm and not comfortable at all!

I was trying to purchase a mattress that was very soft I have a very bad back I did not get a soft one they did tell me that they would split the difference with me to get a new mattress I don't have the money for that so I tried to do the return for the mattress I kept getting the runaround I had to threaten them to do a full chargeback of everything before they would give me my refund please please please think about buying a mattress from them because if it's the wrong one it's going to be a problem getting your refund without having to threaten them I'm not happy I would not recommend nectar ever to anyone and I wish I had never purchased it.
Worst shipping and customer service experience
Besides the mattress we bought, we received a monster package covered in dust and mud; it completely blocked our doorway. It is actually an outdoor fountain. Nector then got very messy replying to the remedy for picking this monster up, and insisted on us returning our mattress instead. What a disaster.

I bought this bed on their black friday sale, waited for about a month to get it. I didn't get what I ordered. The person said she upgraded my choice Nectar Ultra Hybrid Mattress. My choice was the Nectar Luxe Hybrid Mattress. Well, it wasn't what I wanted, so I called them, and they sent me a topper to put on my bed. It has not helped at all. I suffer from MS, and I spent at least 2 or 3 weeks checking out all the different choices, and I found the Nectar Luxe Hybrid Mattress was what I needed. The one they sent was much more expensive, and so soft that I wake up every morning with a backache. I was told that if I wanted a luxe, I would have to pay for it, and then, when they got the other mattress back, they would give me a refund. I asked them if they could give me the same sale price that I bought it at, and the answer was no. So I would have to pay full price. So what warranty? They talk a good game, no follow-through.

But what they donât tell you is that you have to front the cost of the new mattresses and then wait for them to pick up the old mattresses and then a waiting period for your money back. So you will have to come up with a significant amount of money for them to honor their end. Even if you pull up their policies, it is not written this way. Good old bait and switch

I spent $2000 on a mattress and frame set up. I bought this mattress because I have a bath back in the hopes of it would help to get a good nights sleep. Iâm on my second year of having this mattress and it sinks in the middle, and I wake up with back pains. Iâve tried to contact her customer service several times they tell me, though be back in contact with me in a couple days and I never hear from them for a warranty This is the worst mattress Iâve ever had.

I've owned the Queen Hybrid Luxe mattress with the adjustable base for a few weeks now, so here's my honest take.
THE GOOD:
The mattress itself is genuinely excellent. I've noticed a real difference in my hip and shoulder pain â it keeps me properly aligned without letting pressure points sink in the way a traditional mattress does. That alone makes it worth it.
Setup was surprisingly simple, and I have to give a special shoutout to the bed linens â they are hotel quality. Soft, luxurious, and beautiful. My only gripe there is the price for an additional set (around $150â$200 without pillowcases), which feels steep.
THE NOT-SO-GOOD:
The "massage" feature is my biggest disappointment â and frankly, I feel it borders on false advertising. It vibrates. That is not a massage. Anyone purchasing this for back pain relief expecting a true massage function will be let down. That distinction should significantly affect the price point.
The instructions are only available online, which isn't ideal for everyone. I still haven't been able to figure out how to change the color of the under-bed lighting, which supposedly has that capability.
Finally, I paid extra for the cooling mattress top. In reality, it simply doesn't feel noticeably cooler â I already own a cooling pillow and the difference between the two is striking. When I called customer service about this, I didn't receive a helpful response. I essentially had to accept it and move on.
Bottom line: The mattress and linens are genuinely wonderful. But Nectar should be more transparent about what the adjustable base features actually deliver.
Taking Care of Customers!
I have never seen a company work so hard to not take care of a customer. We had a simple problem that stemmed from Nectar shipping 4 âDâ bedrails instead of 2 âDâsâ and 2 âCâs. We simply asked to have them replaced and instead of doing the RIGHT thing and rectifying a Nectar shipping issue - your Customer Service team insisted that they couldnât find a customer record despite having name, phone and even the shipping label with barcode that they could have crossed reference from (we also included pics of the 4 âDâ rails and said weâd be MORE THAN HAPPY to return them. But, instead of doing whatâs right ⊠they spent all weekend frustrating us by saying they needed an email address too and without that .. they couldnât do anything.
Sorry Nectar but this is an EPIC fail. Youâve left a NECTAR owner frustrated enough that I feel like sharing this story on social media and in a GOOG review .. And all for the sake of two stupid bedrails it would be easy to ship to us.
Unhelpful Customer Support for Damaged Bed Frame
I recently ordered a bed frame from Nectar and when I tried to assemble it, the screws would not tighten. The issue was likely that the holes in the bed panels were too big. I called Nectar support and after describing the issue to the representative and sharing pictures to ensure I was using the correct screws, they said they would connect with their team about replacement parts. They sent a follow up email asking for more details, to which I responded with my hypothesis that the holes in the bed panels were too big and I sent more pictures. After 5 hours without a response, I called back and spoke to a different representative who said that the replacement parts had not been ordered and that instead they could offer a $30 refund for me to buy bigger screws. This is unacceptable. When I order a product, I expect it to come with all the necessary pieces for successful assembly and $30 doesnât account for the time wasted today communicating and following up with customer support and the additional time needed to go to a hardware store and then eventually build this bed. After spending nearly $1000 on a bed frame and mattress, I expected Nectar customer support to be more helpful. I will not be purchasing from this company again and I would not recommend their products.
Buyer beware
The mattress has not expanded as it should. The bulk is concentrated in the center. There is no support. The mattress is very hard and and my hips and back are hurting from sleeping on it.
The bed frame is flimsy and unfinished. I have to wear thick gloves to change my sheets because the area below my thumb gets a big scratch and bleeds if I don't.
The sleep bundle was the selling factor for me. This was thrown in for free and priced at $595. The mattress cover has a fabric in the center to cover the mattress (which it doesn't) surrounded by netting that would fit a much deeper mattress. The sheets are flimsy and scratchy - I've never used them because of that. The pillows are okay.
I would have called nectar to return everything, but the customer service I received during the purchase and delivery of the bedding was a nightmare. The day jobs with purchasing the mattress and frame online, I decided to cancel the order because I would need to spend another $250 to do so. When I called customer support to cancel the order and why, theservice rep told me Nectar would give me free set up if I went in and placed another order with the delivery service. I asked her why she couldn't just add that to current order and she said she couldn't. I would first need to place another order before she could cancel the first order. I said no and told her to cancel my order. She then said she'd give me free set up service. The delivery was confusing, coming in three separate packages and not on the dates I was told it would come. As a result, the sleep bundle was stolen from my front porch. I called the police and got a number. When I called customer service the rep said he would have to look into replacing it even though the police were contacted and I had an incident report number. This led to a bunch of calls and emails trying to straighten this out. During the course of these calls I was told I they would not set my bed up. Dealing with Nectar was terrible and the products are of such a poor quality Iâm amazed Nectar is still in business.
I spent $1322 for this purchase. However, right to return it, I understand Nectar would deduct $600 from the total for the âfree sleep bundleâ because they are not in their original packaging. Now who would keep this bedding in its original package? The free bundle is a ruse to rip people off so they can take $600 off the original purchase price when the customer tries to return the product. Nectar then donates the return products which they can write off on their taxes.

Bed was pretty nice when I first got it, but less than 4 years later it sinks pretty bad in the middle when laid on. They have a nice little "gotcha" to their "forever warranty" in that just removing the tags voids the warranty.
No side support
I am 73 with arthritis. Although I am short, I had massive difficulty getting out of bed. The edges sink down to the level of the bed frame and would sink lower except for the fact of you actually sitting on the frame! There is no support on the edges so if you have difficulty crawling out and up from sinking mattress stay away from Nectar. When I called the service rep, she said she would send me a 2" mattress topper that would solve this problem. Today I had to call 911 because the mattress topper had slipped during the night and when I tried to sit up, the mattress sunk to the bed frame and the mattress topper slipped off the side taking me with it and I couldn't get off the floor. This may or may not be an issue with all memory foam/hybrid mattresses, but I'm going back to a supportive innerspring!

My bed frame came with a manufacturing defect. Nectar refused to honor the warranty or replace the defected part. Instead, they said I could order a replacement part on Amazon myself. They gave me a $50 credit rather than fixing the problem themselves.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Our mattress never fully inflated. Sent multiple photos, specifically the ones they asked for along with videos. Nectar Mattress company does not possess the technology to see videos sent from an iPhone. Not long videos either. Under 1 minute. I sent photos of the dips in the mattress but we don't have a tape measure because the bed is the only thing in our new house. They denied our request for a replacement. CLEAR dips shown in the bed with multiple pictures as well. Absolutely trash company. You get what you pay for. Buy a Casper or a Purple. We've owned both with zero problems.
Amendment: I wrote negative reviews on both Twitter and Facebook. BOTH teams reached out to me the same day to expedite me a brand new replacement mattress. I had a new one in 3 business days. Great social media team. I provided them with the same info as the online/email and phone customer service teams. Don't trust those forms of traditional customer service if you get a defective mattress. I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 1 because they fixed the issue, but you shouldn't have to go to social media to have a company stand by their replacement claims. The nectar mattress really is a good product and the price is worth it. Nectar, PLEASE, talk to your phone/email/online customer service team. Social Media team, you don't get paid enough. You're essentially having to do at least 2 other people's jobs, on top of your social media.
