Delivery and service were absolutely awful. Ordered a mattress for my elderly mother in law. They said 10-14 days for delivery so we ordered ahead of her move to have it there on time. Order is done and I get an email it will be delivered in 2 days. Tried getting a hold of the delivery team but they were completely unreachable. They tried to deliver and couldn't so they called me. Told them July 3rd. They show up on July 2nd and again couldn't deliver. Then told me July 6th and didnt show until the 8th. When they show up they yell at my elderly mother in law and refuse to answer any of her questions. This is their definition of white glove service worth an additional $200. Absolutely awful. Go else where.

I ordered a mattress and the package of sheets and mattress protector. The sheets of mattress protector shipped as they should have. The mattress says it will ship in 1 to 2 days. It is now been five days, I did not have tracking, when I contacted them they said theyâre waiting for FedEx to pick it up. So apparently now itâs a waiting game. I asked them to ship it air instead of ground since they are so late in their shipping process and they refuse. donât order from them. They donât follow their own rules.

Rock hard! The display models are nice and comfortable. What you get definitely is NOT! Even worse after 1 night, I feel like someone beat me up. My entire body hurts. Do not buy this mattress if you want a soft bed.
Never received my mattress and bed frame
I ordered a mattress and bed frame on 6/3/25 and paid for the White Glove Service.Total cost was over $2,000. Although I received a confirmation that the items were sent to the White Glove Service for delivery on 6/23/25, I never received the goods and never heard from the company or service. I called Dream Cloud 2 times and explained the problem. They were going to look into the issue. I did not receive a follow up call or email from either person. Now, it appears that my items were never received by the White Glove Service. I am at a loss and am extremely disappointed.

The mattress was delivered and an additional $200 for the white glove delivery which means they take the old mattress. They threw my old mattress into an apartment trash bin and my mattress at the end was defective. They came to pick it up because I did not want to deal with this company and the two nice gentleman said it was going to a landfill because it was defective. Terrible customer service and terrible product. Lost $200 for the white glove and had to pay someone to come pick up my old mattress out of the trash bin. DO NOT PURCHASE. I purchased my mattress in 2021, and within just a few years, it developed a significant dip on one side. The poor support has caused ongoing back and rib pain to the point where I can no longer sleep on it comfortably.
I contacted customer service to request a replacement under their advertised 10-year warranty. They sent an inspector to assess the mattress, only to tell me that it was ânot damaged enoughâ to qualify â despite the fact that it is clearly unusable and causing physical pain.
Their warranty policy appears to be designed to avoid honouring legitimate claims unless the mattress has an extreme visible defect of more than 5 cm. A mattress should not have to become completely destroyed before a company stands behind its product.
Very disappointing quality, poor customer support, and a warranty that feels misleading. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere before spending money on this brand.
Dreamcloud adjustable base
2 yrs ago I purchased the adjustable bed base and the warranty from dreamcloud. In March of 2026 I put the head and foot up to make my bed and when I finished I tried putting the bed flat and it wouldn't work so I checked the batteries in the remote they were fine, I got the booklet that came with the bed and did all of the troubleshooting stuff and it turned out to be the power supply box. To get the back to flat you have to put 2 9 volt batteries in the supply box and it made the bed go flat. It's a one time power supply. I contacted Dreamcloud and I had to file a complaint to a third party company they needed the receipt of purchase and the exact date my bed was delivered to my house. So they needed serial numbers from the bed. I crawled underneath the bed took photos of the numbers and from the booklet, that wasn't enough they wanted the serial numbers from the back of the remote control. Finally sent that and have not heard anything for a month. Thank goodness I talked my daughter into buying a base so I had her get the name brand of the power supply box and I ordered it on line for $40. So I guess it's on you to take care of your problems yourself with this company. I am not big on buying warranties because I always get screwed with the warranties. I hope nothing else goes wrong with this base because I really do like it.

Firm Offfers GREAT Support But Not Too Hard
This mattress is VERY well designed with pressuresmart technology. This is a gel infused into memory foam over the midd 1/3rd of the bed giving more support for hips and shoulders.
They run a metal coil at the top sides all the way around so edge failure is not likely.
The support for whole body is so good that my back doesn't hurt even though spending extra time in bed which is unusual.
I HIGHLY recommend this new technology of Pressuresmart. I am truly excited to find a mattress that covers all the bases.
Back pain? No more!
My husband and I bought dream cloud because he has a messed up back we are trying to fix. He goes to a chiropractor for adjustments, and his back is improving. He feels the difference. He will be going back to his Chiropractor and we will tell his Chiropractor all about these new matresses. We bought the bundle. The premier adjustable bedframe with the premier memory foam matress and the matress protector cooling pillows and sheets set. The Claremont Bedframe adds beauty along with the comfort so we ordered that too! Our matresses are split king so the bases are split king and it all fits inside a king Claremont Bedframe. We are as snug as a bug in a rug. These truly have truly helped our night sleep. This is not a paid review. It's honest truth from a real paying customer. Don't knock it til you try it! You won't regret it.
Dreamcloud is the worst
Dreamcloud is the worst. The customer service is garbage. I bought a bed. It broke down on the first night motor that lift the head up would not work. Somebody came out two weeks later and replaced the motor and now itâs very loud. I tried to return the bed, they tried to charge me $600 to return the bed and they say they have a 365 day guarantee that is not true at all. I am very displeased with this bed. I will never buy another one.

Extremely disappointed with our shopping experience at DreamCloud.
One of the main reasons we chose this mattress was because it arrives compressed in a box, making it easier to move to our second-floor bedroom. After getting the mattress upstairs and opening it, it was immediately clear that it was defective. The pillow-top portion was about two inches shorter than the rest of the mattressâsomething that was obvious and clearly not something that would correct itself with âsettling.â
Despite this, we were required to wait the full 72 hours before submitting a claim. After numerous back-and-forth emails, the defect was finally acknowledged and approved, and we were told a replacement would be shipped. However, we never received any shipping confirmation or tracking information and had no idea when the replacement would arrive.
This lack of communication was especially frustrating because the original mattress was now fully expanded on our second floor. Removing it is extremely difficultâit will not fit down our stairwell and requires advance planning to handle properly. After emailing to ask when the replacement would arrive, the mattress showed up that same day without warning.
Overall, the product quality, communication, and logistics were all very disappointing. This experience was far more stressful than it should have been, and I would not recommend DreamCloud based on this experience

It started sagging in the middle after about 6 months I noticed it looked impossible to leave reviews on their website. So far this is the worst online mattress I've bought purple was also pretty bad but not as bad as this.
Dreamcloud is the worst
Dreamcloud is the worst, gives me worst backpain ever. It feels like sleeping in a ditch, with my butt sunken in 8-10 inches hole. Almost impossible to turn to a side, falling back to that hole. Customer service asked to take pictures to prove that the hole is deeper than 2 inches. I don't think there should be a hole at all. My old mattress was Select Comfort, had it for 20 years, should off gotten it again.
When White Glove Translates to Muddy Boots
I am writing about poor âWhite Glove Serviceâ for which I paid $395 for a purchase of DreamCloud mattresses. The delivery team tracked dirt and mud all over our newly installed carpets and floors and then blamed us for "not preparing the house."
The beds I ordered were for a house we recently purchased in Aliso Viejo, CA. After purchasing the house, we replaced all of the carpet and flooring. The next order of business was to purchase beds.
Unfortunately, it was raining on the delivery day, and the workers failed to don protective booties or other covering. They immediately tracked dirt and mud through the downstairs, up the newly carpeted stairs and hallway and into the bedrooms. When the mess was pointed out, we were told that it was our fault for not "preparing the house" for a rainy day.
The workers then said that they would leave the beds downstairs and NOT deliver them to the rooms or set them up. We are seniors who cannot lug heavy frames and mattresses up the stairs so that was no solution. We ended up laying hefty bags on the carpet to prevent further damage.
A supervisor did call and let me know that the behavior of the workers was unacceptable -- both not being prepared with booties and threatening to not install the beds. Apparently, he spoke to them because they did then proceed to remove their boots and install the beds. However, the damage to the carpets and floors was already done.
Due to the damage, we requested a refund of our $395. That request was refused by DreamCloud with a statement that they do not refund for white glove service. If you need true white glove service, I recommend buying from another company.

Worst customer service. If I can tell you anything, it's don't buy it. They will not help you no matter what. They say they just dont offer it and make you pay for a handyman. It's wild. There should be a class action lawsuite against them. I'm already talking to a lawyer. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This bed is a total scam. I bought the split king mattresses bed frames, headboard.Basically all the bells and whistles after you buy it.They could give two bleeps. Additionally, the FTC sued DreamCloud in 2021 over misleading advertising practices related to product origin, resulting in a settlement and refund process for some consumers. I will be trying to get people together to do the same thing.
TRASH company, TRASH bed
Received my bed/quilted headboard today. Upon opening the packaging, I found headboard is ripped. I was offered $50 but the headboard will continue to rip so I requested a replacement. The bed weighs 146 lbs so I had to hire 2 neighborhood boys to carry it in. Now with the replacement I will have to hire them again to bring the new one in and remove the old headboard. Then I will have to pay bulk pick up to take it away. This damage is costing me $ but Dream Cloud is leaving the trashed headboard as my problem. I COMPLETELY REGRET MY PURCHASE. TRASH
