Watch out for this company. They took over two months to get my ordered delivered and delivered it somewhere but not my house. They told me that it was my duty to call who delivered it and they will not take any responsibility. Their customer service was bad. Please do not buy anything from them

Ordered a cat rug. Shipping took over a month and the tracking didn’t update, but it was coming from China so I gave them some grace. Eventually the shipping updated and it said it was delivered, except it wasn’t. Not on my property, not with the neighbors and no photo to confirm. I reached out to the company to say I never received my order and I got a boiler plate “orders can take up to 10 days” email. It had been many more than 10 days and tracking said delivery when there was none, so I replied as such. Reply from the company was maybe the delivery was with a neighbor. I once again confirmed I had not received the item and now crickets. So now I’m just assuming the whole thing is a scam. Do not waste your money.

My cat has never liked cat beds. The rope bed arrived today and he went straight in. I’m shocked. Took a couple of weeks to arrive but, it seems good so far.

I purchased a cat toy online, but it was never delivered to the correct address that I provided. Instead, it was shipped to a completely different address in another state.

After contacting USPS, I was informed that the package had been returned to the sender. Their customer service then asked me to contact USPS to investigate the issue, which I did. However, after that, I never received another response regarding my request for either a refund or for the item to be resent to the correct address.

Since I provided the correct shipping address when placing my order, I respectfully request that they either issue a full refund or resend the item to the correct address as soon as possible but I never got any response.

Item didn't arrive. Tracking system in Chinese. Only ordered a very cheap item as a test. Bought a more expensive order elsewhere. I recommend avoiding

I bought these catnip/hard wood, and something else on it shaped into a fish. Cats are supposed to go crazy over it my cat has not even touched it since I put it down on the floor. So they lie a lot. I would like my money back. I got a bunch of them,

If I could I would of scored them a 0, I wanted to return my item as I had changed my mind and they won't take it back even though I emailed them on the day I received it on, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY they are terrible.

Purchase that cute Asian/ cedar cat collar . Delivery took way to long
Warning do not purchase this item cedar is harmful to cats especially those with respiratory conditions .
Had to rush my 2 yr old to the vet today . $500 later taking cultures , test and medication . She has have tremendous breathing difficulties and she only wore it for less the an hour. This item is also sold in Walmart for 6.99 never again will I order from this company. They honestly don’t care about the hazards of their products and obviously do not care about our fur babies

I ordered 2 Christmas Trees for my cats last year. They charged, but never sent, never sent a confirmation and charged my credit card. My credit card honored my dispute, otherwise I would have lost over $60.

Trash! Extremely slow shipping, does not fit my RV and they just say sorry, we got your money so screw you. Does not fit most rv’s and your stuck when buying

They charged me once for an item they sent $17.94, and another $31.94 for a mysterious item I never ordered and they never sent! They have refused to refund my money!

I ordered a Wooden Wobble Cat toy that was advertised as bite proof and described as wooden and fabric. My cat chewed through it within five minutes and it was full of polystyrene that went everywhere and can be extremely harmful to cats if ingested. I emailed the company to request a refund of the full £10 to which they offered £2.50. I again requested the full £10 to which they offered £5. And again I requested the full £10 to which they have now arranged a £3.50 refund - extremely cheeky to reduce their previous offer. I understand these products are cheap but to not be transparent with the materials is not right, especially if they can cause harm!

I ordered a litter box scoop from this company and 6 weeks later it said the item was delivered to a mailbox...when there is no mailbox at the address for delivery. I contacted the company via email to let them know I never received the item and they engaged with me until I asked them to provide me with the US tracking number so I could take it to my local post office to investigate. I never heard from them again. DO NOT order from this company as you will likely not receive the item. The Internet is full of complaints about them. I wish I had vetted them before losing $30.

Stay away. You will get billed but will not get a delivery. They respond and refer to a non-existent attachment. Then don't respond after that.

Never got my order.(CAT TENT) It's been many weeks. I'm very disappointed and lost my money. Never will I order from Nestoly again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Terrible rip off. Cheap plastic rubbish from China that bears no resemblance to what is advertised - avoid!

Very very long wait times on deliveries. The quality of the items is not good at all. Would not recommend.

Ordered a cat litter scoop. Still waiting almost a month for it. Now I read from another review that someone ordered it and the product that came wasn't like the one that was advertised. I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before I purchased it.
