It’s the second time we have used nhmscotland and they definitely give a 5 star service. We dealt with Dean and Ashlee and they were fantastic throughout the whole process. They always kept us updated on the progress of our application. Would definitely recommend.

As a first time buyer the entire process of buying a home can be a bit overwhelming but the entire team of NHMS has been brilliant. Nixie was very helpful during the initial process and in getting the ball rolling. Connor has been excellent in understanding my requirements and coming up with offers based on my expectations. He was very patient and made sure all my queries and doubts were cleared. Once we agreed on the mortgage type, Jade took over and helped me get my offer. She made sure I was kept in loop at all times during the process even when she was on leave. She was really helpful in getting the queries from my lender sorted as well. Thank you and keep up the good work.

We recently secured our mortgage offer with the help of New Home Mortgages. We were supported through the process by David Green Ashlee Davis. The level of customer service experienced was second to none by both David and Ashlee. Applying for a mortgage is a very stressful experience but this was made so much easier as a result of Ashlees communication skills - an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Ashlee was brilliant during our application for our mortgage! We'd had a bad experience before coming to NMHS so our expectations were low.

Our first mortgage application with another advisor was declined due to their negligence. We were referred to New Homes Mortgage by the developer and it was a very pleasant experience. From our first call with Nixie Tucker to determine our affordability to our meeting with Alex Murison who obtained and walked us through the illustration and the timely mortgage application. Then Ashlee Davis took over and kept us informed every step of the way and within a few weeks, our application was approved.
This team is great as they run a relay. Staff absences and leave never delayed the process as our application was transferred to another member of staff to ensure timely delivery.
