Would highly recommend using New Homes Mortgages. From working with Sean at the start I was listened to and kept informed every step of the way. Jonathan was equally as helpful as our application was progressing and after application was submitted Ashlee couldn't have done enough for me. I was updated every couple of days on the progress of my application and every query I had was responded to promptly.

Each of these team members set a high precedent for others to follow.

As first time buyers myself and my partner were full of anxieties with the whole process of buying a home. After choosing to move to New homes group our worries disappeared. We dealt with Gerry Mccreath and Ashlee Davis, their customer care from start to receiving mortgage offer was 10/10.

We were kept informed every step of the way and answered any questions we had no matter how big or small.

We would highly recommend New Homes group to everyone and especially first time buyers.

David surprised me with how low our interest rate was in the current climate, Ashlee then took over, giving regular updates and making it a hassle free slick process and we now have our offer with almost no additional info required along the way.

Buying a new build is far more involved with many more moving parts and requirements than buying a pre owned home. Take the huge stress out the process and let NHMS deal with if all for you :) Very happy with the service and will be back next time!

The team made getting a mortgage the most easy and stress free part of buying out first home. We asked silly questions as first buyers would and were never made to feel silly the team are awesome couldn’t recommend them enough!! Where to begin? We all know that sometimes the process of bying a new home can have complications but with the New Homes Morgage Scotland the process was hassle free and everything went pretty quickly. The experience with New Homes Mortgage Scotland has been really great.
Nixie was the first person we have talked to and she is so sweet and helpful. She helped us getting AIP and answered our initial queries.
After we got our offer accepted, Connor Black handled our mortgage and guided us through the whole process with clear communication.
Later on Ashlee Davis took care of the process and she has been really helpful and has been in touch constantly giving us an update every 2-3 days.
It was an easy going, smooth, fast service from them and I really appreciate.
I highly recommend NHSM for their service.
