Good customer service who helped track delivery status when reported over email. The package was lost and customer service Donvio promptly provided solution.

I was able to get an item that I could not find in most shops in SG or even on iherb.

The 400 leaves were vacuum-packed into 2 packets of 4x50 leaves making them very compact. Love the fact that I don’t have to count 25 leaves for each preparation of the tea. Started drinking on 5 Oct and like the taste. Would be helpful if price could go down as I intend to drink it long term.

I'm happy that this site offers a good selection of products that are of high quality (high dosage). Delivery was prompt too.

Was very responsive but after 3 weeks, they cancelled my order to say that the product was unavailable. After telling them that it was for an important event, I asked them to help me check if there are alternative products. And they still told me product is cancelled but they will check if alternative products exist. After 2 days, still told me no alternative product exists. While I think it's great that they are very responsive to customers, I do think that NineLife should suggest alternative solutions or explain themselves better seeing that customised products are usually for very important events.

The service is good but only delivery maybe u can let us choose betwwen speed delivery and normal delivery

Good purchase. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the delivery time was a bit too long.

I love the authenic olive oil however the delivery took 1 month and i had to constantly check if my delivery is lost. I just hope that they can give an estimated timing for i wont have to wait for so long.

The tumeric latte pods are delicious and work perfectly with my Nespresso machine. There was an issue with delivery but Satish was helpful and responsive to resolve my issue as quickly as possible.

I love the chocolate. It's nice.. However the shipping takes almost 2 months...

The tracking for delivery is rather slow. Received it well. Cost of delivery is very reasonable. Overall excellent experience. Highly recommended.
