Clear improvement from when they start
Clear improvement from when they start. Iâm a old costumer on this site and I have to say that the quality of the product has always been super but before they was too slowly and very rude people on costumer service. Now itâs everything right and they between the fastest site in shipment. Anyway still space for improvement, I speaking about the taxes, need to be more clear in what you have to pay

Dear Gjovalin,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us and our community.
We're happy to hear that you've noticed an overall improvement in the service we provide. Over the past few years, we have put a lot of effort into improving any areas that deserve more attention!
Unfortunately, we are not able to predict the customs duties applied on delivery. Customs costs depend on the country of entry and the type and weight of goods. However, we are very pleased to hear your feedback and will make sure to improve on this area as well.
We hope to see you soon among our dear customers!
Best regards

Excellent !
