SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE!!!!!!! I ordered a door strike plate replacement on the 16th of July. RV Fridge Parts Direct, took the money the same day as I placed the order. I received a confirmation email with order #2820. I had to download a new SHOP app to my phone just for shipping information that I never received. Still waiting on a response to my emails and phone calls. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Was as described. Paid extra shipping, arrived on time.

Ordered on Juy 12 still havnt received my package. Called numerous times . No one answered the phone. Sent countless emails no answer back. Poor poor poor. Never again

Tried calling and emailing due to product taking so long to ship with no notice until day of delivery, about 10 days.
No reply to voicemail or emails

Im glad I found this place they had the parts I needed to repair my refrigerator and price wasn’t too bad if your looking for a part that nobody has or can find

Service was fine, received item within a week and a half. They had what I needed when no one else did. The only thing was no way to get hold of someone to check order status.

I never received my order! I sent two emails inquiring about when to expect delivery and never received a response. Also, tried calling and never could get a person to answer.

Tried to change address on order and nobody would answer email or return calls. Still don't have merchandise

I did not receive what I purchased. I spent $148.84 on refrigerator shelves and received nothing. Called multiple times, left multiple messages, left feedback on the website and all were completely ignored.

That's not the address I put to send it to. Billing address is also the shipping address.

Ordered a $1650 Norcold fridge from this company that listed item as in stock ships in 5 business days. The only thing that happened was they changed my credit card and sent order confirmation. Never responded to emails or returned phone messages. Then I got suspicious about this company and looked up reviews on this business . Wow seems like common practice for this company to take payment and never respond to customer emails or phone messages. I contacted my credit card company to reverse charges thinking that I didn’t want to wait for them to refund my purchase in 3-6 months or ever. Buyers beware they list things as in stock ships in 5 days not the case with my order.

Still not the full latch for our refrigerator. I think we need the whole thing. Maybe you can send an image of the parts so I can figure out the part number, options, etc.

A big disappointment! I ordered a rv fridge part on October 15, 2023 and I have not received it. No one responds to the emails and text chat messages. I have left voicemail messages on their phone line, too. No response. They had processed the $107.46 credit card payment back in October.
Update: It is now March 7, 2024 and they have not refunded my money. I was never able to contact anyone.
2nd update: No response to them stealing my money. It is now April 18, 2024. I had requested a refund. I would not order from this fraudulent company.

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a part, and several weeks later I still had no order number, confirmation, tracking info, etc. The payment was processed, and still no information on the order. The phone number on the website goes to a voicemail and calls do not get returned. The e-mail also will not yield any response. I believe this company is a scam. I'm contacting PayPal to reverse the payment.

They take a credit card but no parts and no communication

I ordered a replacement door back in May 2023 and was in periodic contact with Morgan who kept saying she would check on the status of the order. In September, I requested a refund and now the lines of communication are closed. I've called and emailed several times with no response. I even contacted the BBB for help only to find the email they use is not associated with the RV Parts Express. I think this company is a scam.

Requested return multiple times and instead was sent the product again so now have two to return with no response from Rv Fridge parts
