North to South helped us purchase our first home last June and made the process so much easier! We will be forever thankful for them. If you’re a first time buyer wanting someone to hold your hand throughout the entire process then NTS are the one!

Having never used an independent mortgage advisor before I was bit sceptical but NTS was recommended to me. I can honestly say they were all so helpful, friendly and professional. Lauren took us through each step and explained anything we were unsure of. We will be looking for a new deal in a couple of years and will 100% use NTS again.

A huge shout out to Zach & Yasmin, from start to finish they was absolutely incredible! Nothing was ever too much & they were both constantly at the end of the phone if I needed them right up until completion!

We originally contacted Zach and he put a 3 month plan in place for us to enable us to be able to get a mortgage, as my partner was in the process of changing jobs and our credit history not brilliant.

Fast forward 3 months Zach applied for our mortgage and we got the green light, IT GOT ACCEPTED!! Something we’d never of imagined. We definitely couldn’t have done it without Zach!!

Now what do I even say about our Yas.. You my girl are an angel sent from heaven! You are incredible! Yas kept us updated every few days, chasing solicitors, our lender and the estate agents when needed. It’s safe to say my stress levels wouldn’t have coped without Yas! We needed to keys for a certain date due to our son starting school and it really didn’t look like it was going to happen but of course Yas did everything if her power to ensure we had the keys that day! And we certainly did have them!

We will be forever grateful to Zach & Yas, not only for enabling us to be home owners but also giving us the peace of mind if we were ever to fall sick then we’d still be able to pay our bills and live!

NTS are the reason myself and my partner have managed to buy our 1st house. Zack was amazing from the 1st time we spoke and was always on hand to answer any questions or even house buying advice at anytime of the day and even at weekends. Lily was so on point with chasing solicitors and the estate agent to make sure everything was on time and ran smoothly.18 months on I still know if I need to ask Zack anything he answers the phone and advises me on what my options are. They go above and beyond and nothing is ever too much for them. They put their clients at the centre of everything they do and you really get the best service. Will never use anything mortgage broker again, Zach really is the best there is.

We could not recommend North to South more! They genuinely care so much about their clients, constantly going above and beyond to take away all the stress (by putting it on themselves 🤣) and achieve anything. Zach has been fantastic from start to finish. Responds to all emails within minutes!!!! Any question, he has answered. He has always been approachable and explained everything in a way that we understood. Staying late on calls with us to make sure things are sorted. We encountered some issues with the mortgage lender and our sellers but Zach went above and beyond to sort it and ensure that we had the best possible outcome. We cannot fault a single thing and are so glad that we chose to use them. They take so much pride in their work, they are so knowledgeable and care so much about people and genuinely want the best. The friendliest, most knowledgable team we have ever come across. There is no doubt in our minds that we will continue to use north to south in the future.
