What can i Say Yasmin has worked her magic and secured me my offer, this was the third time trying to get me my house, and through no fault of Yasmin the first 2 attempts were unsuccessful due to my personal circumstances, she has worked tirelessly to get me an offer and today was the day my dreams came true and i got the good news. We are first time buyers who were really overwhelmed with the idea of buying a house. Thankfully, I had come across North to South FS on Instagram. I was immediately drawn in by the fact they had no reviews less than 5-stars, and they seemed to communicate clearly in a way that was understandable. They also offered the free first-time buyers guide which was helpful for us to get a good overview of what would be needed.

We have worked with Zach, who has been an endless source of reassurance, wisdom, and clarity during these (slightly tumultuous) times.

Along with Zach, the admin team have been great. Everyone we have interacted with has been efficient, and clearly capable.

We used North to South 2 years ago when we got our first mortgage together. From start to finish it was such an easy process - from sending our documents over to Lauren to searching for the best mortgage deal for us. Lily kept us up to date with the progress and Lauren kept in constant contact with solicitors. Fast forward 10 weeks and we had the keys to our first home together! I honestly thought the whole thing was going to be stressful as one of us is self employed but NTS made it so easy. The team are so thorough, they care about every little detail making sure nothing is un thought about. Being self employed Lauren even talked us through income protection insurance which we took out with them giving us an added peace of mind!!
