Jag varnar alla från att köpa något från Novant! Har aldrig varit med om ett företag som beter sig så illa. Företaget gör allt för att omöjliggöra en retur och först efter 8 mail fick jag en adress. Istället för att ge mig adressen, i USA!
Ska bli intressant att se om jag får mina pengar i retur…

La peggiore esperienza di sempre per lo shopping online. Merce arrivata con enorme ritardo e DIVERSA da quella richiesta mostrata in foto. Impossibile avere un refund anche se contrattato con il brand.Suggerisco di NON comprare nulla

Novant has been terrible to deal with. They always respond to emails, but nothing ever gets done. I returned my item nearly four months ago and still haven’t received a refund. After months of delays, they’ve rejected the return and are now sending it back to me.

Plenty of replies, no action. The product wasn’t even as described when it arrived, which is why I returned it in the first place.

Avoid this company. Very frustrating experience, poor customer service, and I would not recommend Novant to anyone.

Do not buy from this company it is just for money laundering. Clothes are poor quality and unfinished and you won’t be offered a refund nor credit. It is a total con do not buy from them.

Please stay away from this scammer if you want peace. Do not fall for what you see on their website. If you buy from them, you can't cancel even a few hours of placing the order and they will change all communications to French so you won't understand.

No puedo poner menos de una estrella. Una estafa. Lo que mandan no tiene nada que ver con lo que anuncian. Es imposible que te devuelvan el dinero.
Una calidad pésima, sin marca ni talla.
Lo denunciaré al banco a ver si es posible recuperar el dinero. NO COMOREN AQUÍ. Es un timo.

Première et dernière commande chez Novant (soit disant aux Pays Bas).
J'ai commandé un paire de running homme ASICS, j'ai reçu une paire de HOKA femme!
Après moultes palabres avec une IA qui ne comprend pas où est le problème, on me demande de renvoyer l'article à mes frais aux Etats Unis pour obtenir l'avoir.

DO NOT USE. I bought an item based on an image on their website, that didn't match the quality of the item they sourced from overseas. I bought an expensive jacket that was poorly made, and wrongly sized and not recognisable as the product they were selling on their website. They made it very difficult to return, and tried to instead just give me a very small discount.
I followed through the returns procedure, but got stung again using ParcelHero who lost my parcel and won't refund either!
I google searched the return address in China which came up on a list of addresses regularly used for fraudulent websites where a EU or US-based organisation sells poor quality items at premium prices.
Lost a lot of money using Novant and ParcelHero DO NOT USE EITHER SERVICE

Do not buy from this company. My order apparently was delivered, the photo is nothing like my home. Contacted the courier and they said they only had a number and suburb no street., so why did they deliver at a random location? Have lost $69au . Please don’t it they are a scam

Fraud. Ordered an item and they sad they couldn't provide it but offered an alternative. I asked for a refund and they said they could only offer store credit without giving a significant run-around and after multiple requests for refund.

Why this company is allowed to advertise still and scam people out of their hard earned money beats me.I was scammed in November 25 and complained to google for advertising and they didnt want to know!

Horrible experience with this scam company. I bought a jacket valued at $80 . Wasn’t what I had in mind so requested a refund . After multiple emails requesting a return slip I finally got one but after numerous offers of 20% refund only , I declined and have sent the item back . It has been held in customs for over a month ! Upon investigation from the carrier I went with they have advised that customs fees of the addresses country (CHN) are due which is upto the addressee (novant) to rectify . However they’re claiming all fees associated with customs is for me to pay ?

I’m now out of pocket $20 for returning the item and $80 for the jacket and no jacket . They’re increasingly difficult to liase with please steer clear !!!

Please please don’t buy anything on this site it’s a scam beware they show you a boutique shop on their site it’s not them the goods come from China no way can you return them apart from that the goods look nothing like the photos I don’t know why google is still allowing them to advertise on there site it’s all about money

Per tutti quelli che mi leggono. Appena riceverete articolo potete chiedere subito alla vostra banca contestazione di pagamento per articolo non conforme/pratica commerciale scorretta. Come tutti denuncio: foto ingannevoli, materiale diverso, qualità molto inferiore, falsa sede europea, reso solo in Cina non chiaramente indicato. Faccio segnalazione alle autorità così la finiscono a imbrogliare la gente.

I ordered what was presented as a premium Chelsea boot in the style of the Blundstone 500 series. What I received was effectively a low-quality imitation product manufactured and shipped from China, despite the website giving the impression of being a French/EU-based retailer.

After approximately four months of completely normal use, the sole developed a hole, making the boots unusable.

I submitted a formal complaint with photographs and order details. The response? Complete silence.

The most disappointing part is not even the quality itself, but the lack of transparency and the total absence of customer support afterward. Many customers reasonably assume they are buying from a European retailer with European standards of quality and after-sales support. That was absolutely not my experience.

I am now proceeding with a chargeback through my card issuer and escalating the matter through consumer protection channels.

My advice to potential buyers: read the negative reviews carefully, understand where the products are actually shipped from, and be aware of how difficult warranty or refund claims may become once something goes wrong.

Imbroglioni!!!! Merce pessima non comprate!!!
