I contacted Ollie Ella on Saturday as a pram that we had purchased for my daughter's birthday had a wheel come off, by 6:30am on Monday they had arranged a replacement for us. Extremely happy with their customer service and as always love their products. My daughter also received the new binky dolls and won't part with it! Thank you!!

Absolutely fantastic experience. When I ordered I mistakenly selected the wrong post and emailed customer services, had a really quick response from Charles who was so helpful and my order was rushed out as a priority the next day so it arrived in time for our holiday.
Unfortunately the pjs arrived with holes in so again emailed customer services and was sent out a replacement that was absolutely perfect and arrived really fast.
The Binky dinky we ordered is a great size for carrying around, really soft and easy for littles to dress and undress.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Dinkum Dolls for at least three years, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of them. Over the years I’ve built up a lovely collection of their dolls and outfits for my granddaughter , and every single item has been beautifully made. The quality is always exceptional, and it’s clear how much care goes into everything they create.

What inspired me to finally leave a review was my most recent experience with their customer service. I had an issue with an item I ordered and, naturally, I was worried. I needn’t have been. They replied within about an hour of me getting in touch, and my issue was resolved immediately. I was genuinely overwhelmed by how kind, efficient, and reassuring they were.

These days it’s rare to find a company that consistently delivers not only beautiful products but also such outstanding customer care. Every interaction I’ve had with Dinkum Dolls has been positive, and they’ve never let me down. It’s the little things that make such a big difference, and they’ve earned my trust and loyalty time and time again.

Honestly I LOVE this brand! I’m really new to the brand having only placed my first order on 25/07/26 and arrived within 3 days. The dolls themselves are so beautiful, my 6 month old has fallen in love (as have I). I also want to mention that I emailed to enquire when a certain Dozy Dinkum was coming back in stock and Charles who I spoke with was very informative, kind and genuine (although sadly the doll isn’t in stock as soon as I would like haha). All this to say, I think this such a beautiful brand and I hope to repurchase for years to come!

My customer service experience was wonderful, I actually received a response on a Sunday !
I can’t say enough about the wonderful products either :))

Genuinely confused by the negative reviews of this company, these are my honest and genuine interactions with them:

1. Firstly, the quality is exceptional. We've never had an issue with the material, stitching or general presentation of the products.

2. They come packed in sustainable and recyclable materials (part of what we like) but are well padded with pretty presentation boxes for the larger items, the smaller don't have these but as it's just packaging and we use our own cloth gift bags, it's no issue.

I'm terms of customer service specifically...

1. Four or five years ago I ordered one of the original Dinkum Dolls, plus the suitcases of outfits (5 of them as they were on offer), one arrived a little dented and I contacted customer service to this effect. They offered 40% off or to send back (free) and replace as stock allowed. I had 4 other cases so happily accepted the refund and moved items into another case. The interaction was professional and polite.

2. Absolutely set this company apart. My little one (now 4.5) and suspected Neuro-atypical (like Mama and Daddy), lost her favourite (she now has three) Dinkum Fairy Doll. This was at a soft play, another child took it while we were playing- she was distraught. Moreso, when I couldn't locate one ANYWHERE online. On the off chance I contacted Olli Ella directly and asked if there was any secondhand or faulty stock I could purchase. The lady asked for some time, contacted their warehouse and located one which had been returned 'used' (unopened). We were then sent the returned doll, in perfect condition, and only asked to pay postage. I will be forever grateful for this act of kindness.

3. Since then, I have raved about this company so much so that my niece's Mum has asked for the newly Peach Dinkum Dolls for her 1st birthday. Ordered, arrived, gorgeous (no difference in quality aside from softer hair(?) but that may be because our original Dinkum has now been washed and shampoo/conditioned lots!). I also ordered a unicorn keyring for me and it seemed to be missing the keyring part, an easy fix- was sent a whole new one, next day delivery and free instead, when again I contacted customer services! I have donated the other to a charity I know, as they're so pretty.

3. Having fed back on the last interaction I had, the head of the companies customer service, Carl, asked me to review here - happy to do so.

I meant what I said in my feedback email: Olli Ella should give lessons in customer service, is the best one I've ever dealt with and I will always feel able to do so with complete confidence.

I ordered a dozy dinkum doll as a present for a friend as we love the products available on scandiborn so when I seen it was even cheaper if I bought directly from the company I was made up! However, considering the price of the item (on sale or not) the fact it’s been sent in a brown paper bag within a brown jiffy envelope is bitterly disappointing and completely lacks presentation. It feels secondhand and cheap - I’ve since removed dinkum dolls off my daughters Christmas list! I’ll be looking to return

I ordered 2 dolls for my daughter and upon receiving them I realised I was sent 1 incorrect item. I emailed customer service and was met with a very prompt and helpful reply from Lucy. She was able to correct the error and help me to return the incorrect and get the correct one sent to me in a matter of days.
Both dolls arrived in excellent condition and very quickly from time of purchase.
I have already made another order for my other daughter as my experience with Dinkum Dolls and the customer service was so great.

Absolutely love Olli Ella dolls and toys! Great high quality products and even better customer service.

When completing the order details I gave an incorrect email address & an incorrect house number. I noticed the errors straight away & advised Olli Ella. Even though it was a Sunday night they came back to me within 20 mins & were able to correct my errors. My granddaughters present arrived 5 days later.

The courtesy, speed and ease that I experienced from Customer Support when I ordered the wrong items from Olli Ella was outstanding. I also received a refund in just over 24 hours. My many thanks to Charles.

I, personally, find Olli's toys affordable - compared with high end European teddies and dolls which gives me a two fold reason to purchase from them again.

Carl provided absolutely exceptional customer service from start to finish. When my order ran into issues, he went above and beyond to help, keeping me updated every step of the way, chasing things up internally, and arranging a replacement as quickly as possible. He was incredibly kind, professional and genuinely cared about getting my order to me in time for my niece’s birthday. His communication was outstanding and he made what was a very stressful situation so much easier. Thank you so much to the Olli Ella team, I truly appreciate everything you did. I can’t wait to give these beautiful dolls to my niece for her 1st Birthday! 💛💛

Our children have enjoyed their dinkum dolls for many years. They are good quality and well-loved. We have ordered a variety of dolls and love them all. The minis are some of our favorites as they are the perfect size for little hands and travel and pack well on the go. Our kids loved the unboxing process and it was so fun to have each wrapped in their own cute individual bag adding to the element of surprise! Customer service has always been excellent as they really care about their customers and go above and beyond to resolve any unexpected issues. Thank you Ollie and Ella!

The order was slow to be dispatched. But after contacting Olli Ella, a customer service agent called Charles was extremely helpful and did everything he could to speed my order along, so I cannot fault the customer service, the original order could have been completed a little quicker.

I ordered a product from them and it came with a small stain on it from (what I assume) shipping. I emailed Olli Ella and within 12 hours someone wrote back and assured me they’d be working on it. They were very generous in replacing my item and I felt valued as a customer every step of the way. I can’t recommend the company or the products enough. Every family needs some Olli Ella!
