We have purchased many Dinkum dolls roughly 7 dolls now, we adore them, especially the little ones, great price, and all my 3 girls have enjoyed them, great packaging, fast shipping and great customer service when a doll was missing in one of my orders, cannot talk highly enough of the company.

I have been buying from Olliella for many years and have always found their products to be of a very high quality.
Alongside the quality and durability of their product range one of the reasons I continue to keep coming back is just how easy their ordering system is, the speed of their delivery service 🚚 and how exceptionally helpful their customer service team is. I recently had to alter my order after placing it and just prior to is speedy dispatch. Both Charles & Chanelle from their Australian customer service & warehouse departments were incredibly helpful and a delight to deal with.

Customer service was when I had an issue with my order. They resolved it in a timely manner.

We received a ‘faulty’ product. This was the first time we have ever experienced this. This would not happen often with OlliElla products. I believe their products are to the highest quality.
Upon messaging, Charles replied within a couple of minutes and within a few more minutes my issue was resolved and a new product was on its way. I really appreciate the service and wonderful communication.

Bought Gigi for my granddaughter's 2nd birthday. I'm so impressed with the quality of the doll. I can see I'll be returning to shop for Christmas presents. Have bought other Dinkum dolls in past which are well loved.
Also bought Dress Me Dinky, the Rattan Hutch Big Basket & other bits & pieces which are all of high quality materials. All these items were received very quickly, can highly recommend Ollie Ella.

Im honestly surprised the rating for this company on here is 3.7 I have reached out to the company a few times now concerning different issues, 1st is the reward doesnt work with VIP discount I believe its shop they dont allow more then one discount code at checkout and they could have been like it is what it is like other companies but no they refunded me the reward so I could use both, the 2nd time I ordered a unicorn nova and it took me a week to actually open the box and look at her, I noticed one ear was more rectangular then the other like way off and that did bother me so I reached out asking if they would be ok with me exchanging her and they just sent me a new doll without me having to return the old. What company does that? There customer service is phenomenal the dolls are expensive but they are great my kids love them and so do I

Wow - i received the most wonderful customer service when I raised a small concern about a Twiggy Dinkum I had purchased. Twiggy was the 4th Dinkum I had purchased and I absolutely love him - i cant wait to give him to my baby grandson. I am looking forward to purchasing Dinkum number 5 for my baby granddaughter. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Overall great customer service from Charles. Despite my order arriving damaged he arranged a replacement immediately and I have been allowed to keep the damaged item to donate which I think is a great initiative.

We were gifted a cozy dinkums doll and it is the most beautiful sleeping doll. It’s incredibly soft and cosy and well made.
I wanted to share the coziness and buy some for friends. Some of these reviews made me nervous the quality would not be the same but they are beautiful. These dolls may not be for everyone they are expensive and may seem simple to some, but the way they have been designed make me want to cuddle them even as an adult. They are simple lovely.
Charles was next level helpful and quick to respond when I contacted them and shipping was very fast (came via courier).

After having a small stitching problem with my doll I reached out to Olli Ella and came to a conclusion very quick. The doll overall was wonderful and the problem I had was solved by a replacement or store credit within the same day. Customer service was very nice and efficient.

One of the four dolls I ordered arrived with a small hole/ tear in the clothing. I reached out asking about a solution and was offered a replacement right away at no additional cost. Very kind and easy to work with!

When I first ordered my son’s Dinkum doll I didn’t have any direct contact with the Olli Ella team but the process was easy and I was pleased that it arrived in plenty of time for his birthday.
This time I was contacting the Olli Ella team about an out of stock item and I have to say that they seem to be a lovely, warm and very helpful team. When I messaged Charles in their chat (after closing) I received a message the next day (a Sunday!) answering my question fully and in a really friendly way. In follow up emails they have been warm and give off such a wholesome vibe. I can’t wait to order from them again in the future.

My experience with Olli Ella has been great. I've received two dolls from a stockist & was very pleased with the quality. I have since ordered directly through Olli Ella. The customer service was great, with Charles helping me out with adding a personalised note to the order & confirming it was completed. I also appreciate that the company is B-Corp certified & are transparent with where their products are made & what materials are used.

Have ordered 3 or 4 separate times from dinkum dolls! Have been impressed each time! The quality of each product has been amazing. I love the weighted dolls in particular as I feel they are great for sensory learning and play! Plus the dolls are just extremely cute!
The shipping has always been fairly quick too!
Often receive discount codes via emails too.
Would be making more future orders for All the little humans in my life :)

Got a great deal on a doll that was on sale AND emailed customer service bc I forgot to try the welcome 10% off code. They couldn’t have been any nicer and honored the code. Fastest shipping ever too !! I’m so so happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying more :)

Have been buying for my little one for two years or more now X we love all of the items that come and there’s something there for everyone.
