Incredible efficency, fair pricing and good communication. The money was in my account 24 hours after posting!

The process was simple and quick! I did not expect to have the money so promptly in my account. They provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision and I will be using this service again!

Offered the best price for a broken S20 FE. Sent out a postage pack the next day. Then less than 24hrs after sending it in paid the full amount as stated. No messing about, no issues at all - I wish all phone recycling companies could act like this.

Very quick and easy process and they paid the quoted price rather than making a lower offer. The quoted price was also the best I could find.

After going through a comparison site to sell my broken S21 Ultra at the top of the list was Olympus Recycling who were offering a very reasonable price. I decided to go with them but became a bit hesitant after I couldn't find exact terms for what would be acceptable. So I emailed them and they got back to me very quickly and we're very helpful and polite and reassured me that it qualified as broken under their terms. Sent it off on a Saturday, the phone arrived on Tuesday, it was accessed, payment was confirmed and money was in my account the same day. Outstanding service.

Super fast and efficient service. They responded to an email I sent within 24 hours and I received my money for my phone within 2 working days. No complaints.

All in all this has been a great experience. Firstly there were a few issues from the carrier not arriving to collect my phone but that's no fault to this company. As soon as they received it I was notified. I did receive an email to my junk folder explaining that there was an extra security measure and that I had an option of sending my Google account password or to have the phone returned. I was dubious about this and didn't give my details but I gave the pin to the phone and it seemed to have worked (this was not an option on the original email) so I did think it was a scam at that point but once that was sorted I had confirmation it was OK to proceed and the money was sent within hours. I have ofcourse changed my passwords since as you never know with technology these days. Thank you for a great service and I will be using again (and will ensure all security features are turned off in future)

Very impressed with my overall experience. I had a broken Samsung S21 that I was considering selling. Based on the broken condition, I didn't expect much and was quite pleased with the estimate offered by Olympus.
I started the process online, opted for the mobile to be collected- very quick and simple.
My phone was collected the next day, and within 24 hours of collection I had been paid the amount that was estimated at the first stage. No nonsense. No dropping the quote.
Throughout the short process, I was kept updated which kept my skeptical mind at ease.
