Saw that they offered one of the highest quotes for my broken S21 Ultra. Sent it in with some concern after having been given a similar quote by another recycler who then tried to revise the price down to £40 (before claiming they'd 'override' their own system to up the price to £50). But was pleasantly surprised that this company honoured their quote. Smooth, easy process and actually honest, not scam artists. Would recommend.

I have had a great experience with this company!

I made my trade in via compareandrecycle.co.uk which I would recommend using because I couldn't find a trade in function on this companies own website. That was a very easy process and I really appreciate the extremely quick DPD pick up service.
You don't have to have your phone in a box or package it yourself, the DPD driver arrives and quickly packages the phone in a secure box with a prepaid label.

In my case my phone was picked up on Monday, it arrived to them on Tuesday and money arrived in my PayPal account on Wednesday morning! So this was great!

FYI a small fee of £3.64 was deducted from the final figure, but the offer I received before I sent my phone was accurate and transparent.

I am so happy that it is so easy to trade in even your broken phones for quite a fair offer considering how much it would cost to repair them!

Really disappointed with this company. I was quoted for a broken iphone 11 (front screen LCD is temperamental and broken back screen). I had my device collected and received an email today stating that it had been received. I've again received an email saying my phone has been returned back to me and that I'm not the recycling partner for them! This company have made no attempt to contact me to explain why they can't accept my phone. I listed the condition as broken, I've been honest with them about the condition of my phone. My phone's obviously not stolen etc or anything so I don't understand why. They also have no T&Cs on their website to outline their criteria etc. I would have been fine if they even offered me less than the original quote, but to not even contact me and return my phone with no explanation is appalling. Completely wasted my time - I have now got to wait for my phone to be delivered back to me and then send it somewhere else to sell it! Absolute shambles avoid at all costs.
