Cassie is top notch customer service! Fast response to my email concerns and generously took care of me!! She really understood my situation:-) I started using the Oneisall brand during 2020 to teach myself how to groom my goldendoodle. Great product, nice packaging, instructions/videos and excellent prices compared to others. My next purchase will be the upgraded clipper/vacuum set up, can’t wait to expand my collection. Thank you!!

The power module on the fountain was short cycling so I made a video showing the problem. I sent it in an email to customer service at Oneisall and received a reply from Andrea. She was able to see that there was indeed a problem and quickly responded that they were going to send a replacement power module. Andrea Was very quick and easy to work with. She was professional and very knowledgeable about the process. I really appreciate her willingness to help me.

When I received the wrong part for my vacuum, Cassie was very helpful in getting the correct piece sent to me.

Always a great response from customer service. I love all of Oneisall products and have recommended their products to friends.

When my Oneisall Cat Vacuum arrived, my cats were absolutely delighted with it, as was I. However, on the first day, the switch seemed to stop working, so that you had to physically plug it in or unplug it to start the vacuum, and it was only on low setting.

I contacted their customer service and attached a video to illustrate the issue. And within a day of receiving it, they had sent a replacement vacuum. Andrea (my customer service rep) was quick to respond and very kind.

I reached out to company customer support because I was needing a new charging cord for some clippers I have. Sue with the customer support team responded in a timely manner and was very helpful in addressing my concern and was able to point me in the right direction

Bought a Oneisall dog clipper over 2 yrs ago on Amazon. The 2 year cover had ran out. Contacted Sue at Oneisall and asked if there was a replacement blade I could buy for this model. There wasn't but then she sent me new clippers set totally free. One that when needed, the blade can be replaced. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Will always use Oneisall. And Sue was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was brilliant. Cant fault them. Superb!!!

I worked with customer service representative Andrea and she helped me get a replacement oneisall cat box as a solution due to the one I got being defective. It was an easy process and covered my needs. I highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend this company and their dog clippers. In this age where customer service is thin I found dealing with is company and Sue a total pleasure. Many companies could learn from Oneisall to appoint great people into a position and then support them as they offer great service

I had a question about the hair clipper I purchased. I received a very friendly reply to my inquiry immediately, along with some good solutions.
The customer service was fantastic, and I would highly recommend the company to anyone. The Oneisall products are also of excellent quality.

Oneisall is all that!! I have a wireless stainless steel water fountain from Oneisall and I love it and so does our cat Leonardo De Catprio. I was going to tryout the no filter fountain , but it wasn't going to work for us. Oneisall customer service took care of it right away. No pussyfooting around. I appreciate this company for sticking by their products and taking care of customers in a way that makes me feel glad to continue to buy from them. Oneisall I ordered new filters today for Leo's water fountain and thank you again 🙂

Andrea was a great help and provided multiple resolution options which helped in my decision.

I contacted Oneisall when my cat water fountain pump failed under warranty. I was supplied with a replacement without any trouble and very quickly delivered. I couldn't fault the service received from Sue at Oneisall! Very impressed and happy :)

We ordered a pair of their cat clippers and the charger wasn't in the box. When I contacted Oneisall, Sue was absolutely amazing and corrected the missing charger ASAP. No hassles, no delays, just amazing customer service. Not to mention, the clippers themselves are absolutely fantastic. Simple to use and honestly, very good quality. I'm very impressed as a whole with Oneisall!!
