Andrea provided multiple solutions for my issue and my problem was resolved quickly!

Had an issue with charging the clippers and they addressed the issue fast and sent a replacement to us. Excellent customer service!!!! Our groomers love the oneisall clippers.

Eliza from customer support was extremely helpful when I reached out for an issue with my litter box. They were always prompt with responses included pictures to show what could be wrong and how to fix it, and offered multiple attempted solutions.

Where to even begin? I’ve had so many different products from this company, and then when I learned that a litter box was about to be released, I jumped on the opportunity to pre-order! I did happen to run into an issue with my initial product, however Andrea from customer support was able to come up with many different means of trying to troubleshoot problems! After many attempts of trying to rectify the issue, it just came down to needing to be replaced under warranty and as daunting as that was, Andrea took care of me so swiftly and promptly that I honestly didn’t think it was real! I genuinely appreciate this company for everything that they have done for me that I will not only continue to recommend their products as several members of my family and friends have gone to extra link to even buy their own litter boxes among other product products from Oneisall!! 🤘❤️

I love Oneisall dog trimmers better than any brand I have ever tried. I have 2 Old English sheepdogs that I keep trimmed down for their comfort. Oneisall trimmers do the job better and quieter than any other brands that I have tried. I needed sharper blades for the clippers and contacted their company via their website and was more than pleased with their representative, Andrea, of the support team's fast action and wonderful response to my needs. Andrea's help is the best customer service I have had with any online assistance in the past 20 years. I am so glad that I had Andrea on my side and for her complete knowledge and support through my Oneisall journey. If every company had employees and people like Andrea, it would be a much happier and pleasant world to do business in. Absolutely 5 stars. Thank you Oneisall and thank you Andrea! You are the best!

Andrea was wonderful addressing my issue. My brand new (less than a month old) electric litterbox stopped working. She reached back out to me very quickly and sent me a replacement litterbox. Outstanding service!

I purchased the Oneisall Ease S1 Self-Cleaning Litter Box. I had some issues, so I contacted Oneisall support and spoke with Andrea. She was very informative and she cared about us and our problems. I am amazed that there are still honorable companies with good customer service! I thought that was the thing of the past! This is a good and honorable company and Andrea brought great credibility to this company! If you have a cat, this is the company you want to deal with.

I emailed customer service and Olivia was very helpful in getting me a replacement pump for my cat fountain. It had stopped working and they replaced it per their warranty. I appreciate the attention to the issue and the quick response.

I purchased 2 air purifiers and so far I am very happy with them. And I am getting ready to purchase 2 more. My sister in law saw mine while she was here on vacation from Montana. She ordered 4 of them to be sent to her house. Andrea provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The litter box unfortunately was not the right fit for my cat and home environment because the odor was stronger than expected for me personally. However, I was genuinely impressed by the customer service from Oneisall.
