ottimo servizio, veloce e preciso,

I have been using the Oxalika Fast Pro for the first time so far. I used it with the long nozzle and the 1,5g dosing mechanism. It worked fine so far and really fast. But it was a cold day and oxalic acid was condensating and cristalizing at the exit of the nozzle so that this was partially clogged eventually. I did not notice immediately so some hives received less oxalic acid vapor. It was easy to clean (with a nail), but towards the end it had to be done after every second hive. With the shorter nozzles I could imagine this is less of a problem since the acid vapor does not cool down so much along the way in the nozzle. Another thing is that the isolation on the nozzle is slipping around comparably easily when the nozzle gets hot. So when I inserted the nozzle into the hive entrance it sometimes was pushed back unvoluntarily. The same is the case for the small isolated ring on the red nozzle isolation. It happended to me that at the beginning the lid of the oxalic acid reservoir suddenly popped open. I suppose it was due to pressure built up due to raising temperature inside the reservoir. Since the chamber seems to be airtight a pressure relieve valve would help. Perhaps one other detail: It would be good to have a more stable and isolated base. When put aside it easily flips over and since it becomes very hot on the underside you have to be very careful what you put it on. It also would be good to have a kind of indicator that shows when the sublimation chamber has reached the right temperature. All-in-all I was very satisfied with the product. It is built very solid with high quality materials and is very functional. It is much faster and easier than with my electric sublimator that I had before. For beekeepers who have to treat many hives this is a great product. I will make little holes in each hive through which I can operate the Oxalika even faster. The customer service is really excelllent. They tracked the package and when it got stuck on the way they contacted me immediately informing me that they will take care of the issue...

Sublimatore ok spero che duri lungo tempo! Fatto in maniera di lavorare anche su apiari gradi senza problemi! Per valutarlo perfettamente bisogna che aspettate 1 anno! Fin'ora posso soltanto dire che va benissimo!

Ho preso contatto telefonico e parlato con professionisti preparati, disponibili, gentili che mi hanno chiarito dubbi, consigliato . Ho ricevuto nei tempi giusti Oxalika pro easy a 230 v che aziono con un piccolo generatore , sono rimasto sbalordito, efficienza, velocità, robustezza . Ringrazio il Team Talitha.
