This program is AMAZING ! They hit it from every angle including coaching, workbooks, tracking and accountability. I have finally changed my relationship w/ alcohol after drinking pretty much every day for over 20 years. I highly recommend. Worth every penny.

I loved the program I felt very cared for, no query was too difficult. It’s well structured so you get into a routine with the program. I really benefited from the one to one sessions with amazing coaches. Just wonderful! The group sessions were fab too. We are hoping to keep in touch. Mostly I feel my relationship with Alcohol is permanently changed, better still I’ve explored why I was behaving the way I was. It gave me the space to reflect on how I want my life to be and this has been transformational. I feel more confident, I’m proud of myself and I do feel grateful even on the more challenging days.

The Complete Control course quickly became so much more than my rocky relationship with alcohol. It was about the relationship I had with myself, and people around me. It tackled and changed deep-rooted beliefs about myself in the most magical of ways. Which just so happens to mean I don’t desire alcohol anymore.

The course is put together using scientifically-backed methods on behaviour change, which was important for me. The CC team are there night and day to support you every step of the way. Shoutout to my coach Faolan.

Complete Control is aptly named, if you ‘do the work’: it works. I’ve got control over something that for so many years was controlling me.

For anyone in a financial position to do the Complete Control course: just do it. Despite the high price, the value is terrific.

I signed up for complete control because I liked the holistic approach taken by OYNB. Wow...did I learn a lot over the 8 weeks of the program, between the daily emails, meditations, workbook exercises, group calls and 1-2-1 coaching sessions. It's such a great investment in yourself, and the content of the program is very well thought out. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to change their relationship with alcohol!

I completed 365 days with the help of OYNB it was a truly inspirational journey I achieved so many personal goals last year and its giving me the tools to continue working towards more. Would I have done it without 365 maybe would I have done it as easily no way the little daily videos are great and so many brilliant recommendations for books to read and quotes to inspire you. I am so grateful I took the path and so grateful it was so easy to access. If you're thinking of doing it just sign up and give it a go you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. If 365 days sounds to daunting commit to 28 if nothing else it will give you time in your day just for yourself, which I think was the key to me completely the year it had such a positive effect on my life and my family and friends too. What I hadn’t expected was the depth and investment that the programme employed. There were so many added benefits and surprise discoveries that have made this a profound and lasting experience to set me on a different, more productive path forwards.

They guide and help navigate you through all the mucky, sticky bits of your life providing knowledge and a community to share understanding of the ‘why’s’ you are drinking too much and as a result leads you to uncover who you truly are and what you have been hiding from.

I was seeking a more holistic approach to learning more about and changing the role of alcohol in my life. I am so pleased with the experience. I learned so much. From daily emails, posts from the organization on the social media group and especially the compassionate community we all built with other members on their own journeys. Everyone shared their experience and other resources they found, insights they had. I'm so happy to have been part of the group and would recommend it to friends.

It's not very often you can genuinely say something has been life-changing but the Complete Control programme has been exactly that. CC requires a significant investment of time and money but it is worth it. To be in a situation where I don't crave a drink anymore, well I just didn't think it was possible. The content, 121 coaching and group coaching is excellent - you never feel like you're on your own and you are supported all the way.

The OYNB Complete Control program has changed my life in so many ways that I never imagined. I am happy for the first time in my adult life because I have not only stopped binge drinking but I have uncovered the underlying triggers and trauma's that made me drink.
This has lead to better relationships with my sons, my family and friends, a record year for my business and my body and mind have never been in better shape.
I only wish I had done this 40 years ago.
Everyone should invest in this program as its an investment in yourself that you deserve if you want to live your best life.

These folks are great. This program is well-structured and worth the investment. Initially skeptical, but it has truly changed the game for me. OYNB takes the success of each person seriously, and the community of other successful and relatable people is priceless.

The up-selling is a bit relentless for me, which is a shame because it slightly sours what would otherwise be a very good programme.

Quite early on I unsubscribed from the daily emails because I felt they were too much about marketing the various upgrades rather than focusing on the content you'd already signed up for. There was some good stuff in there and it was quite motivating to get a daily email, but it didn't seem like you could have the one without the other.

It's the same with the app. Whenever you near a milestone, they start hammering you with stuff about how you're just getting started and the next subscription level is the one that'll really make the difference etc etc, and you end up getting a bit jaded about it all. Or at least I did. Eventually I stopped checking it each day.

They're also sneaky when you're signing up. I ended up paying for some random extra podcast recordings I didn't want, presumably because I missed unticking a box somewhere.

Having said all that, there's loads of great content there if you can just grit your teeth and filter out the sales patter. I tend to just browse a couple of the daily entries when I find myself weakening, and that has worked well enough. All being well, I'll hit my 90 days later this month (which of course means the daily motivationals are now conspicuously focused on the 365), and I've enjoyed the lifestyle change. I'm still glad I signed up, but I won't go any further with OYNB.

So yes, it's good in many ways (and the pricing is fair, I reckon), but for me the focus on up-selling undermined a well thought-out programme that could actually have been much more useful.

I have had tremendous success with the OYNB program. The videos and coaches helped me to really think about my relationship with alcohol and to address the underlying dynamics of my drinking habits. There is also a degree of accountability to my peers that I found incredibly helpful. With support, I've been able to break the cycle of quitting/starting etc that I've been in for what seems like forever.

For me, it's also motivating to have paid for the membership. I didn't want to pay and then continue to drink.

Like all programs, I expect it won't work for everyone, but tomorrow I will be One Year and I now describe myself as a non-drinker.

I joined OYNB just a year and few weeks back. Last week I celebrated by 365 days of no alcohol streak.
I used to be a compulsive drinker , binge drinking every alternate days. It made me someone I never wanted to be.
But then one day I wanted to change myself for my family and more importantly for myself.
It would not have been possible without OYNB. Initial days were extremely difficult but working through the techniques I learned through the videos and trying out different methods until I found the one that really worked for me.
Over last year I have grown my business 10 times , shredded 10 KGs and spent 10 times
more time with my two daughters.
After 20+ years of drinking I completely forgotten what a normal fresh morning looked like… now I get up around 5:30 feeling fresh and energetic …
Everyone around me has observed this changes and my wife has been the biggest inspiration and support for me to be able to believe in myself that I can do this.
I spent stag parties , Christmas night outs , beach holidays , and all sort of parties .. I enjoyed even more … and next day waking up first and making tea and coffee for my friends waking up with tired and red eyes.
In all , this has changed my life … and it will change anyone’s who needs it.
Thank you OYNB… you saved one more person and people around him from drowning.

Please listen - I never had an issue with drink, but once I learnt about WHY I drink it’s changed my perspective. Then, I stopped, and now I enjoy everything so much more…Please, if there is the slightest possibility you’re thinking about it (drink, and your relationship with drink) do this course!

Do it….

I have both used the online resources which i think are excellent and helpful in a journey to reduce dependence on alcohol. I have also done the Complete Control course, which has both enabled me to eliminate my use of alcohol and in the process helped me to look at my life more broadly and get on a better track, exercising more, taking nutrition seriously and working through my purpose. Overall it has been a life changing and affirming process.

I had the pleasure of working with OYNB for 9 months, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, they were professional, organized, and dedicated to helping me succeed.

I was consistently impressed by their knowledge and expertise throughout my time with the company. They were always available to answer my questions and provide guidance, and I felt like I was part of a team.
