I accidentally bought their service. I contacted the company via email and they promised to sent me back the sum I paid.

Dobrý den, stala se mi věc, která mě mrzela. Nikdy jsem nic nekoupila a byly mi několikráte z účtu strženy částky, které jsem opravdu neutratila. Po sepsání a zaslání s požadavkem na vyrozumění, proč se tak děje na Padglow, mi hned odpověděli, konkrétně p. Edith a přislíbil mi peníze zaslat zpět. Věřím, že tak učiní. Proto zatím jen 4 hvězdičky, neb zatím peníze nemám zpět na účtu.

I just want to cancel the membership
Nothing went wrong it's just that I didn't want to became a member. I thought it was to have a gift card Carrefour. It is not mentioned that we became a member.
I've changed my rate expérience from 2 to 4 because my request for cancelation has been treated within 24 hours with a professional team.

I mistakenly signed up to this website and then contacted them explaining the mistake. Then very promptly cancelled my subscription and are now in the process of refunding my balance.
