En gång, aldrig mer. Fruktansvärt dålig kundservice.
Idag är det den 20 januari och fortfarande när man ringer kundtjänst är det ett förinspelat meddelande som säger "nu dagarna innan jul har vi mycket att göra så vi håller telefonlinjen stängd så att vi kan fokusera på att skicka ut alla beställningar". Man uppmanas att skicka mejl vilket jag gjort men ingen vettig respons mer än att de skickat vidare frågan och kommer återkomma.
Nu till saken, jag betalade in fakturan flera veckor innan förfallodatum, (14/12) och trots detta står det fortfarande att min faktura är obetald på mitt konto. Jag kontaktade då kundtjänst och frågade varför, de bad mig skicka underlag på betalningen vilket jag gjorde, men de kan fortfarande inte bekräfta att de fått in pengarna då de "väntar svar från annan avdelning". Jag har även efter detta mottagit 2 påminnelsefakturor trots att jag betalt och även detta har jag ifrågasatt men får enbart svar att de undersöker det hela och återkommer. För att vara så väletablerad på marknaden så har de otroligt dålig koll på vad de sysslar med. ALDRIG MER!

Deze site is scam bogus! Ik heb op 14 november 2023 een laser carver besteld en volgens 17 track is het afgeleverd op 24 januari 2024 Helaas niks ontvangen. Ik snap dan ook niet de 5 stars Trusted Site … MENSEN NIETS BESTELLEN HIER als het te mooi is om waar te zijn … dan klopt er iets niet EN OOK NIET MET TRUSTED CERTIFICATE van TRUSTPilot

Mijn zoon van 11 heeft iets besteld en wij keken mee. We dachten laten we het proberen.
Nu blijkt dat na bestelling er opeens nog eens 30 euro verzendkosten wordt gevraagd!! Dus we wilden annuleren. Dat
Lukt tot op heden niet.annuleringskosten werden gevraagd van enkele euro’s . Vond het vreemd en nu blijkt idd , voor niks betaald.
Geen reactie op mails, niet bereikbaar. Dus voor mijn gevoel opgelicht. Ben benieuwd of we geld nog terug krijgen.zojuist een reactie gehad op een bericht. Een bizarre brutale onbeschofte reactie. ( waar ik ook niets aan heb) Dit zijn echt oplichters.
Als je kind een account heeft gemaakt ; verwijderen!

Via pandabuy had mijn zoon iets besteld. Nadat hij besteld was moest er nog 2 euro verzendkosten betaald worden. Dit kon alleen met creditcard. Nu blijkt dat het bedrijf welke ik de 2 euro moest betalen, bijna 60 euro van mijn creditcard heeft afgeschreven 3 dagen later. Grote oplichters

I bought 2 bottles of deep cleaning green tea stick. It is not working at all. It is all fake. I wrote to them and they replied that everything was ok. All lies. Be careful don’t buy their product. I threw away 40$

Awful company. Ordered a brush. When it arrived the handle kept slipping down when extended and was clearly faulty. Sent lots of emails and a video showing g the handle collapsing but they would not accept it was faulty. Eventually they said I could return to China but at my own expense. Postage would cost more than the an the brush. Would definitely never buy from them again !!!!!

BUYER BEWARE, THEY ARE A SCAM!! Horrible company, sent really cheap product in leggings and then refused to honor their return policy. After numerous emails and jumping thru hoops, I sent back the leggings and they have never issued a refund and I had to pay to send back via tracking method. I would rate no stars if I could

Stay AWAY!! If I could have given Fanda panda NO stars I would have. I ordered items because they looked decent and were gifts for someone who would have enjoyed the dog themed hoodies and active type clothing . BIG MISTAKE!! Ordered in November, still had not arrived in January. Attempted to cancel and get refund, of course had to jump through hoops. Even dealing with AMAZON and PAY PALS ! So done with AMAZON andPAYPAL. You never know where your items are coming from!! Not worth the aggravation! Be a smart shopper and shop USA and from reputable stores!!

Bought a pair of shoes from them, recieved a pair of fake Ray ban sunglasses. No communication with them. It,s a back street scam from China.

Terrible, the front closure bras are not made to fit a human and the seems don't even line up to anything.
This may be the worst Junk I have purchased.

Op 23-04-2020 iets besteld en op 30-04-2020 bericht ontvangen dat het artikel vanuit het externe magazijn zou zijn verstuurd met als volgende stap dat het pakket van Shanghai naar Nederland zou worden gevlogen...
Vervolgens niets meer vernomen en de link 'volg mijn zending' levert geen resultaat op. Navraag bij pandadeal.nl d.d. 16-06-2020 werd beantwoord met een automatisch gegenereerd nietszeggend standaardmailtje en een nieuwe email aan contact at pandadeal.nl van vandaag als herinnering werd zojuist onbestelbaar geretourneerd. Ik heb er weinig tot geen vertrouwen in dat het bestelde artikel nog zal worden uitgeleverd...

Stay away from this company. They have ruined my partners first fathers day. The order was made in may and 13th of july still nothing has arrived. Fathers day passed nearly a month ago and I'm still without my order.
Very disappointed

Weeks to arrive and past the occasion I needed it for. Then we get onto the customer service team, which clearly need training on how to deal with customers, firstly they take. A week to respond and are just rude.

I will never be using this service again, awful all round and they don’t even deserve 1*.

Don’t order from this company. I ordered something from them for Fathers Day on 6/2 and it never arrived. There is no number to call and their auto reply from customer service email says we are working on holiday order replies.....it’s June that was 6 months ago. WTH??

Dispute the charge with your credit card company and NEVER use this company.

If I could I would give them a -1 for a review...... I ordered on June 3rd for my father for Father's Day. Here it is the 19th and I still have not received my order...I have e-mailed them multiple times got a few responses....I have inboxed them through Facebook....I emailed them a week after I placed my order....every other day I email them....now they sent me my tracking number...( After almost 4 weeks later) but nothing More.....Wish I would of read the reviews before I messed with this Joke of a Company......word of Advice RUN....DONT...BUY S**T FROM THIS COMPAY
