Biggest scam. How can they still be in business? Ordered adult clothes and received child size. They admitted in email they made error, but refused to take return unless I shipped them back to CHINA with tracking at a cost of $75. The email said, “we know it will cost you more than the clothing is worth to ship to us so you might as well keep it and forget it”. No refund, no exchange.
Paypal was no help because I had the option to ship back to China! Had to dispute with my cc company who backed me and reversed the charges.

very very very bad dealer. Goods of inferior quality, delivered much too late (wrong tracking information) and huge discussions when withdrawing. It takes almost a month now and I have neither seen money nor received a return address. Do not touch this shop.
Now I switched on Paypal buyer protection.
Never again

Als je na bestelling direct iets annuleert wordt je bestelling toch verzonden en daarna krijg je mail dat goed onderweg is en ze niets meer aan de bestelling en retournering geld kunnen doen.

Everything everyone else has said is very accurate. cpanda.shop will send you a shipping number which you'll be able to track you product bouncing around all of the country. FedEx did confirm the tracking number as real utilizing "snail mail". It appears as if the company prolongs shipping giving the consumer the run around until any expectation of a refund claim expires. Company tried to tell me to go to the post office and talk to my neighbors. I have security cameras and no packages were delivered in my cul-de-sac the week it was to have been delivered. Furthermore, FedEx told me is I didn't receive my product within the week, to start the refund process.

I filed a claim with PayPal and the company informed me via email that they can not address my issues until I close the claim, to which PayPal told me was a flat out lie and NOT to close the claim, and to further escalate the claim.

The company does appear to know PayPal fraudulent claim process and will try to string you along for as long as it takes until your PayPal purchase protection expires. Panda also offered me. 10% refund for the inconvenience which also never posted. Once again they pleaded with me to close the PayPal fraud claim before they can process "the refund". Don't fall for their lies. As a reminder, opened PayPal claims have 20 days to be escolated for a full refund. Otherwise the claim will expire and automatically close. Do NOT close any refund claims and escolate as soon as possible.

ik heb 3 artikelen besteld en de levertijd was bekend. ik lees nu dat ze aan de deur zijn geweest op 30-07-2019 en ik niet thuis was. Dit klopt niet ik was de hele dag thuis. ik heb geprobeerd panddeals te bereiken wat niet lukte de telefoon bij panddeals werkte niet.
ok is niet te achterhalen welk bedrijf de bestelling moet brengen.
Het begint er op te lijken dat ik een hoop tijd en geld kwijt ben.

Company might be located in the Netherlands, but shipments come from China......ordered sandals over 2 months ago for a trip we are taking next week, and they still haven't been shipped. Wish I had read the reviews first, would never had ordered from this so called company. Ordered through "Panda" but its actually called "Mint Tango" on the confirmation. BEWARE FOLKS, this is a dishonest company. The reviews on their home page state everyone is extremely happy with the product. mint-tango.com and the below verification of Facebook and Google does not work, only the email works.

Back from our 2 week holiday and STILL NO SHOES. Seriously folks my husband wants me to contact the Atty General's office and whoever else to report consumer fraud. We are now pushing 3 months and nothing.

I'd give them a zero. I ordered something not even 2 days later I emailed and asked if I could cancel my order because I didnt realize it was gonna take forever and they replied no it's in our policy so pretty much they take peoples money then decide when they want to ship it.

I sent for the light bulbs that were suppose to be the big bulbs that flickered. I gota tiny bulb that you can't hardly see. I would like for people to know this is a bad deal.

ZERO Stars!!! Biggest rip off online!!! DO NOT shop here!! Ordered 2 sets of non-heated hair curlers system and after 3 months finally received my package of cheap bendy foam tube curlers I could have bought at a dollar store! You can't contact customer service, you get an automatic message saying they are experiencing a large volume of messages. It must be all the unsatisfied people trying to get their money back!!!! Someone shut these people down!!!

DO NOT TRUST. I would give this place 0 stars of I could!! Ordered something in December, never heatd anything and it was February. Tried using the tracking number they sent me, and it was a fake number had no item tied to it. There is no way to speak to a real person no phone number or anything. SCAM DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I reported it via the email service in late February and just revieved my money back in late May after submitting 4 requests for my money back. These people are a bogus company, this site sucks!!

El 27 de diciembre del 2016 realice un pedido a nombre de mi hermana que hoy 30 de enero no aparece. El número de rastreo nunca lo encuentra el sitio que ellos envian que es Global Order Tracking. Les he escrito reclamando el dinero y no responden.
Este no es un sitio confiable para realizar compras!

I made an online purchase from Panda deals in December 2016 just before
Christmas, it's been almost 2 months now and still haven't receive what I have ordered and paid for. I tried contacting the customer service and all they do is send me some kind of number that means nothing to me.
So if you're buying from these this site beware!!!!!!!!!

I bought gloves for my mom on 29.12.2016. Up to now (27.01.2017) i didn't get package. I send them request to send package immediately or cash back. There is no answer !!!

na contact gehad te hebben met verschillende instanties is mijn probleem opgelost en inmiddels geld terug gestort.
daarom heb ik adres en telefoonnummer van de eigenaar weer verwijderdt

ik kreeg een mail van hondensnacks voor 1 euro netjes betaald, nooit snoepjes ontvangen, nu moet ik 18.95 betalenvoor een lidmaatschap, nooit toestemming gegeven en nooit bericht van hen ontvangen binnen 14 dagen wat wettelijk verplicht is , ik heb nu contact met mijn rechtsbijstand, consumenten bond en zullen binnenkort een koude douche ontvangen, dit mag niet volgens de wet

ze zijn nog niet klaar het zijn gewoon oplichters
