I ordered a painting on 4/24

I ordered a painting on 4/24. It said it would ship in 2-3 weeks. It’s 6/5 and it still hasn’t shipped let alone arrived. More recently there was an update that gave an estimated shipping date of 5/22. After that date came and went, another “update” suggested the painting would ship on 5/29. I reach out to try to get an update every other day and I get a response that they are “closely monitoring” the situation and will alert me asap when it ships. What does “closely monitoring” mean if I never receive the item I paid $600 for….

Per our terms and condtions, At the time of purchase, the estimated ship date provided by the manufacturer was approximately 2–3 weeks. As outlined in our Shipping Policy, estimated shipping timeframes are provided based on the information available from the manufacturer at the time the order is placed and are subject to change based on product availability and production schedules. After receiving a response, we promptly emailed you with the latest information provided by the manufacturer, advising that the estimated ship date had been updated to the week of June 1, 2026. We also noted that this estimate remained subject to change and that the item could potentially ship sooner.
We understand how disappointing delays can be, especially when you are looking forward to receiving your order. Please know that we are actively working on your behalf and have once again reached out to our direct contact at the manufacturer for the most current update. As soon as we receive additional information, we will be sure to share it with you.

Customer Service Review

Individual on the phone was knowledgeable, confident but down to earth. Easy to communicate with. Pleasant experience and the follow up with the quote was very timely. I thus ordered it right away!

The web-site functionality was poor

The web-site functionality was poor or there were issues that needed to be fixed, e.g., I never received a code to set-up an account (re-tried multiple times), didn't receive a receipt of my order (ended up copying the confirmation off of the web-page).

Poor business practice

I spent over $2000. with my transaction online, but somehow the 10% discount I'd gotten via email did not make the exchange. I called to have that rectified and was told that is not possible. I asked for a manager to speak with. In being transferred, she offered 5% instead, which I didn't understand, but OK, maybe I was at fault? She said she would credit me...but never did! Poor business practice!
