I’m still waiting for a reply and & I ordered over 7 days ago. If no reply I’m taking this up with the bank, reviews don’t look good. Please either send me a refund or send me proof of postage.

Getting bored now waiting for this item I purchased.
No tracking info only email after I pushed to say it was in transit. Whatever that means. Is it on its way to me or you !
You need to be truthful that you’re only a third party selling site. We pay you then you order off another supplier cheaper. This to me is why it takes soooo long to get the item paid for. Really wish I’d gone elsewhere now.

I ordered 3 beds back on 10 March, first arrived after 2 weeks, then nothing. Chased and was told 2 other beds out of stock and would I take different style. Agreed and then only one further bed arrived. So currently £60 out of pocket. First bed was good but replacement poor quality.

I am still waiting on delivery of my dog bed placed March 3rd. After asking where my order was and requesting a refund I was told it was lost and another would arrive 2 days later, it didn’t arrive. After a second request for a refund I haven’t heard anything, I currently have had no dog bed and no refund.

Refund never received through seller, I had to go through PayPal resolution to receive a refund.

Do not buy these shoes I ordered a medium-sized shoes and they sent me a size 3 witch won’t fit no dog they think a size 5 is extra large my dog is small and she’s a size 6 and when I complained, I got told I was being rude do not buy from this company

The coat I ordered was the wrong size. I returned it and eventually received a refund The coat is a good fit and looks well on dog High quality garment and recommend firm

Unfortunately I’ve had to contact PayPal regarding receiving a damaged item. Still not received a refund despite being told I would. Owner said he needed to contact the shipping company which is fair enough. I also contacted the shipping company to report the damage and received a response within 24 hours confirming they would refund the seller. Unfortunately I have had no response from the seller for 4 days now despite me messaging him. His messages do seem incredibly hostile and he did not like me mentioning Trustpilot. I’m sure he will respond to this review and blame me for something as he has done with every other poor reviews. I too have now found the identical item on Temu for 1/4 of the price. I would not have bought from this company had I seen the trustpilot reviews. Lesson learn. Will give it a few more days and then escalate to PayPal to resolve. Such a shame

Update as expected received a foul message on PayPal berating me!! Firstly Royal Mail did not deliver my goods it was a different courier so your ‘conversation’ with Royal Mail and their assurance it was not damaged when they delivered it is like fairy dust, fictitious! and secondly trust pilot will not remove this review as it is factual and correct, all the poor reviews say the same thing, it is YOU that is the problem. Time for a long hard look at yourself and maybe go to anger management! Just a friendly suggestion. Do not message me again or I will be the one reporting it to the police for harassment. Refunded finally by PayPal - I recommend anyone buying from this company use PayPal and they will support you 💯 if you have an issue. Have a great day & good luck with your business.

Great product! It arrived on time, and my cat loved it from day one. The quality is excellent.

We ordered a donut bed, biggest size and it fits our two growing pups perfectly. Came within delivery time quoted and seems good quality and very comfy they love it! Only thing I would say is it’s slightly blue tinged rather than charcoal but I cover it with a blanket so no major still very happy.Thank you.

After struggling to find a dog fleece with a zip back came across this site. Read and measured our dog as per guidance and made an order.
Little but sufficient communication ( which suits me ) item received as per postage instructions. Brilliant quality, good quality zip and a pull in which will be great for when he has a haircut so will need a bit tighter.
Would definitely look at site again for future purchases.

Our dog coat is so well made, we are extremely pleased with it. I needed one that had a extending chest, which this was, as our little Rosie had an operation. So wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company.

I bought two Medium Full Body Dog Fleece for my Cocker Spaniel.
They both fit fine, the stitching is reasonable and there are no obvious defects with the products. The fleece is relatively thick, and my boy seems comfortable wearing them.

I was wary after reading others reviews. It’s unlikely I will purchase from this company again. To be clear, this is due to the behaviour of the seller towards customers and not due to fault of the product.

The only additional comment is that I observed that the package had originally come from China, and a packaging company in the West Midlands had put another sticker over the original to send it to me via Royal Mail.

What can I say about this man that you won’t read on every single review. is the most argumentative ignorant person you would ever have the misfortune to deal with. And then as you audacity to say I was the aggressor I was the argumentative one I was the one in the wrong. Then he called me a liar because I didn’t receive an email he stated having sent. This man is in a major need of getting a customer service course. no matter what you say or do is to do you of being in the wrong maybe he should have a look in the mirror and see the real problem!!! He will obviously make up some nonsense that it was all someone else’s fault ! having now found the same item on TEMU at a 1/3 of the cost I have purchased it from there.i would advise everyone thinking of buying from this man to think twice and go to temu . I will never purchase will deal with this man again and all the feedback we get it cannot be wrong

FOLLOW ON AFTER SELLER RESPONSE as expected the seller has lied to make out he was the party who was abused absolute lies and my review is honest feedback are all 185 reviews lying!!!! You need to seek help on customer service. And coats are exactly the same quality !!

Sizes are not accurate
Ordered medium size as per sizing instructions - too small! Reordered a large and although the label stated large it was exactly the same size as the previous coat.
Emailed asking for refund - no reply!
Also costs me to return so I just didn’t bother! Will not purchase again from this company.

Further to the reply from the company - maybe if you stop being so argumentative in your responses and put your passion into providing correct and accurate products you may actually improve your business ratings ! Surprisingly if you look at majority of reviews they pretty much all say the same - so I guess the only people who are falsely representing their brand is YOURSELVES!
Stop with the arguing and improve your product

Bought our second waterproof dog coat as our puppy had grown out of the first one. Great quality, washes really well and fits lovely. We also have one for another dog, bought it last winter and still looks great.
Only gripe is the time it takes to arrive. Despatched quickly but took over a week. Could do with using a courier instead of Royal Mail so would have got 5 stars.

Dreadful service. Ordered a dog coat, it arrived and was too small. I followed the sizing guide, when I emailed they said I could not have an exchange. I had to buy another one and return the old one. I had this coat for one day - would not refund due to 'hygiene' reasons. I pointed out that I followed the sizing guide hoping for an explanation of what I did wrong, the salesman said - I sell these day in day out for the last 5yrs the 4xl is the perfect fit fot your dog. As far as I am concerned he was rude and unhelpful. I have now spent a fortune in postage and would not go near using them again.

Awful service. Dog bed was expensive and took weeks to arrive. I realised later they just order them from temu/ali express for a fraction of the price.
The dog bed wasn’t fit for purpose and just collapsed. It was supposed to be a hut style bed that the dog sits inside. I sent photos. Their response was that I couldn’t return it as the dog had been in it. This is wrong as per the sale of goods act. The item was not fit for purpose. However I accepted a partial refund for an easy life so that I wouldn’t have to deal with them further.

EDIT in response to the reply below. I told you the day it arrived and can prove this with emails. Happy to supply photos and emails as proof.

Returning an item and getting refund is not possible. I’ve ordered dog shoes for the first time and we tried the shoes on my dog indoor space (home) and he doesn't like them, I’d like to get refund but owner said “ These are exchange only. These have been tried on your dog. Also not sure what you mean by 'doesn't like wearing shoes', you ordered the shoes?”. Response I got wasn’t professional and was impolite. Then we agreed to get a store credit which was £22.98 back in July. Then I’d like to use this credit to buy something cost £23.99 and he asked additional £5 and I wasn’t bothered or didn’t question and send the money immediately. I’ve been quite patient and polite since the beginning. However even though I sent him my correct new address, he sent order to my previous postcode and he didn’t reply my latest email asking a replacement as it was his mistake. It definitely doesn’t worth to hustle, buying something shouldn’t be that difficult and frustrating experience. Not recommended to anyone, unless you’d like to get annoyed and have a not smooth buying experience.

Update: He is a big liar as well, how you couldn’t see my response in 10 minutes time, you are deliberately ignoring the ones doesn't work for you and what you don't want to see. There's no way so many buyers are lying, you can provide better service instead of replying to each feedback here and asking people to correct what they wrote.

Very poor customer service. Ordered a product on the 12th December. Still not arrived. Note also this company is buying goods available on Aliexpress and charging 3x as much. I ordered a cat hammock at approx £44, using Aliexpress image search, the exact product is selling on Aliexpress at £12 - £15, with free shipping. Stay away.

I ordered a large dog bed there was absolutely no contact whatsoever I emailed on two occasions heard nothing back
The bed finally arrived it's too small and there is meant to be a well in the middle so the dog can lay in it the bed is all one level so dog falls out plus it's too small not what you woukd call large at all . I'm extremely dissappinted the bed is of no use at all
