I have a mobility car with this company going back in May someone rear ended my car was taken to Basingstoke for repair they in turn had to take it to suzuki to get the back sensors to working with the car the garage then picked it up from suzuki and dropped the car back to me when I got in the car I had no sensors working and for the couple of months I've been going backwards and forwards with motability insurance company and suzuki no one is taking responsibility for this and now if I want the sensors to work I can try and put a claim in through motability insurance but will have to pay the excess or pay for it myself I'm fuming as all sensors were working before the accident and now they dnt suzuki has had the car in on 2 separate occasions and still wnt sort the problem in and why should I pay for something that wasn't my fault

Check details when dropping car off
Nice people, nice job. Let down by the fact I had booked in for a full service and some additional work but they hadn't reordered the parts meaning they kept my car overnight.
Not a big deal to me, but would mean issues for others. Had I clarified when dropping the car off, this might never have happened.

They kept me waiting for 4 1/2 hrs and did not inform me of any progress ...I gad no option but to wait for my car as we are disabled and can't walk far they offered us a hire car for £28.00 but that was not an option for us.

4th service from new for my car. Straightforward process (gave up calling them as you rarely get an answer so booked online). Servicing costs have been fairly static over the last couple of years and they give the car a clean too which is good.

I had my car in for a mechanical repair under the Hyundai warranty. All went off without a hitch and was kept informed as to when my car was ready for collection. 10/10
Excellent Customer Service
I was able to book a service and mot well in advance at a time to suit me. The dealership had all my details and informed me about a recall on the Suzuki S-Cross. Everything was dealt with efficnetly and the car was returned on time.
Standards Have Slipped
I asked about used S-Cross cars last year and expected to hear when one was available: I heard nothing but saw one on the forecourt when visiting PB for something else.
Buying it was more complicated than expected, due to issues with the previous owner and a private plate.
The dealer also lost the second key for the car and three weeks later it has not been replaced.
It is very difficult to contact the dealer by telephone, and voicemail messages are often ignored. It is not helped by the sales persons working part-time and they do not co-ordinate well together with the customer.
Regrettably standards have slipped in recent times.
