Stuart & Mick a credit to Pembertons
Stuart & Mick arrived on time and did an excellent job of replacing our damaged external panel.
They also aligned our kitchen cabinets doors which he noticed were slightly out.

Stuart their engineer has just fitted a new set of kitchen doors, the kitchen looks more fantastic than it did new. He arrived on time fitted the doors, was very friendly, cleaned up all the shavings, removed all the cardboard and left the lodge as he found it.
We cannot praise him enough.

Fantastic workmanship
I am very pleased with the work completed by the Pemcertom team. Very professional, helpful and you would not know any work has been done in my caravan. I would recommend this company. The team arrived on the day planned and completed on time. The help of the after sales person was very helpful in every way

Unlike most of the other holiday and residential home manufacturers, we have our own in-house team of engineers who are fully trained to carry out both minor and major refurbishments, upgrades and layout changes to our homes. Firstly the customer service is poor
Firstly the customer service is poor, it’s the worst customer service I have encountered.
Staff are the most unhelpful I have experienced.
They sell caravans which they admit develop manufacturing faults, and then refuse to help resolve the faults/issues.
Pemberton Leisure you should be ashamed.

Excellent aftershaves team.
We currently own a Pemberton Marlow Park home & absolutely love it.The build quality is excellent. I recently contacted their after sales team to enquire about a small amount of exterior touch up paint to fix a couple of small scratches.They couldn't have been more helpful.They matched the paint colour from our serial number & sent it out the same day.

excellent service
Have used Pemberton on serval occasions and each time have had an excellent service would highly recommend them and their after sales is second to none. As a company we deal with several lodge and caravan providers and Pemberton are one of the best.
Oakwood are the worst would not recommend them at all.

Aftersales Service
Really thorough and professional service dealing directly with the Aftersales team. With as big a purchase as a caravan, how the product is supported is at least as important as to how it is initially sold. Many thanks for the assistance in resolving the issue.

A very helpful team!
We have bought a pre-owned Pemberton Lodge which was not very loved! I have Emailed Pemberton 3 times for advice & guidance. The team have answered swiftly and been VERY helpful which has been very reassuring!
