Very helpful, friendly and clear advice.

I'd like to thank James Davis and his team for all their work recently.
I have found them to be very professional, thorough and explain the risks throughout this whole process, with that in mind, they have sought the best recommendation for my lifestyle and personal needs.
James Davis has always been very polite, patient and gave a good understanding of what my pension pot would give me now and with future recommendations.
I am very happy and confident of the choice I have made, and with the knowledge and assistance that Pension Works have given, I would definitely recommend them.

They are great at sending you the initial questionnaire. But try to contact them after 3 months waiting and their phones lines cut you off immediately. They don’t give you an email address to talk to your case worker so you can’t act them that way either. I’ve had to leave a new customer request to see if anyone will actually get in touch. When they do I’ll be cancelling everything and finding a proper reputable company. Disgusting service.

I was referred to Pension Works via an old chartered accountant friend of mine because I was having difficulty with my pension plan which had matured but was very restrictive in how I could utilise it.
Pension Works, with a very professional and thorough process, were able to assess my options and able to provide the solution I was extremely happy with.

I dealt with Pension Works to have a defined benefit pension transferred and found the whole experience very efficient. There was a lot of questions asked but I found them very helpful and knowledgeable and was not put under pressure any time.Alastair Milner was very professional and I was kept up to date at all times and the staff answering the telephones were also efficient and knowledgable. I came across PW when I gave them a near impossible deadline to Transfer my DB Pension. Not difficult to believe they did it. Exceptional services from all the people I came across. Karl, James, Louise, Luke and Daniel. I have had to call upon them again and Daniel has been astonishing. When you have these people and Daniel in particular in your corner you feel you could move mountains. Best thing you can do is stop reading my drivel and phone them NOW. You would be mad not to have Pension Works in your life. Well done guys. MAS.

Outstanding Service.
I was kept updated throughout the moving of my pension. Received notes of all meetings and discussions that took place. They were clear on charges and very helpful with any queries I had. I would recommend them to anyone.

The entire team, from initial phone call & fact finding session through to Andrew Murphy's expert analysis and full advice report and Angela’s comprehensive and dedicated pursuit of all the transfers have been superlative. I honestly can’t think of anything they could do to improve their service, it is 100% already.
